Traditional Matcha & Brick Flowers Art Workshop

had a good time with my girlfriend building the brick flowers and also able to experience some good matcha drink

The address listed on Klook has not been updated, even though the shop has already relocated. We only found out upon arrival and had to take a Grab to the new location, which was rather inconvenient. The new location also felt like it could benefit from better upkeep. As the premises have been converted into a cat café, there was a noticeable and rather strong odour when we entered. The toilet facilities also appeared to be in need of better maintenance. Overall, I would suggest updating the listing with the correct address and improving the general cleanliness and upkeep of the new premises to provide a more pleasant experience for visitors.

several disappointments: 1. address was relocated to 16 mins drive away but no prior informing the customers, no email no text prior; bad customer service. 2. bought the voucher with matcha but was told not avail anymore when we arrived, was initially offered 1 more stalk as replacement, but in the end offered 2 (the stalks are china-brand btw); no longer value the money of the amount we paid. 3. close to 50% of the stalk designs are not available to chose. 4. we were just given the packets and we're to do it ourselves. was expecting some coaching on flowers arrangement for this price paid, but no. entire session we're just left on our own to do the blocks. so we can actually diy the blocks at home too. 5. venue is co-shared with their cat cafe, so the odour is quite strong. 6. toilet wasn't well kept. overall, the bouquet looks nice, the experience as group activity is ok apart from the smell. but honestly we can do it at home too. not worth the price at all. won't return again too.
