Fun workshop with my children with wide variety of moulds. Staff was very patient and polite. however there was only 1 staff tending to the workshops and she was also manning the cashier. perhaps have more staff on school holidays and weekends where demand is higher. my kids and I spent quite awhile waiting for further instructions as staff was busy at the cashier.
had a lot of fun as 3 girls who went for a friend’s birthday treat! process is fairly straight forward and can be done within about 30-40 minutes but would be more beneficial if more than one staff worked there. she was managing between a few activities and we had to wait awhile in between steps but very, very free grateful for all her help and kindness! 💝
