Today, we were hosted by tour guide Ben Lin. Ben was very punctual and attentive, providing detailed explanations at each attraction, taking photos for us, and waiting patiently. He also gave thorough explanations of famous local foods, offering choices and recommendations. When it rained heavily, he drove the vehicle to the nearest pick-up/drop-off point, taking excellent care of us. If any friends visit Kuala Lumpur, I will definitely recommend him to them again!

Best. There are various games and also a petting zoo. There are also many games suitable for kids below 110cm. Stroller friendly.

A wonderful place for families and animal lovers! There are plenty of activities to enjoy, especially the animal feeding sessions. We had the opportunity to feed giraffes, bears, and even hyenas, which was a truly memorable experience. The hot spring pools are another highlight, with many different pools available for soaking and relaxation. The facilities are well-maintained, and there is something for both adults and children to enjoy. If you're visiting Ipoh, this is definitely a place you should not miss. Highly recommended!

We girls planned a mini daytrip to The Banjaran for some time off from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were very pleased with the location and the amenities. It was truly a beautiful experience.

Easy to redeem, just scan the QR code provided upon ticket entrance. Meal voucher of RM10 provided, only save RM1 with add on and able to purchase food in the park. The park is always well maintained with not only water park, but with hot spring, animal petting zoo and shows, dry park with some rides. Totally worth it as you can stay start from the opening time till closing time which is 11pm
