Online ticket purchase is convenient, and you can pay with a credit card. Aerobus seats are arranged in three rows, making them more spacious, and the air conditioning is sufficiently strong. At the central station, you only need to show your proof of purchase to board. However, at Ipoh station, you must go to the counter to print a physical ticket and pay a 2 Ringgit fee to get the scannable ticket for boarding. As we were about to board the bus, the bus terminal attendant stopped us without even looking at our voucher, saying, "No, not that bus." Since we weren't familiar with the language, we assumed they were right, but it turned out we were correct all along. When we showed them the voucher again, they rudely told us, "That bus already left. You're late."
