Online ticket purchase is convenient, and you can pay with a credit card. Aerobus seats are arranged in three rows, making them more spacious, and the air conditioning is sufficiently strong. At the central station, you only need to show your proof of purchase to board. However, at Ipoh station, you must go to the counter to print a physical ticket and pay a 2 Ringgit fee to get the scannable ticket for boarding. Therefore, be aware that there are slight differences in procedures at each station. The bus journey was smooth, but you need to handle your own luggage. When disembarking at the central station, be cautious when retrieving your luggage due to the narrow and dimly lit lane, which sees a lot of bus traffic. Always be mindful of oncoming vehicles to ensure your safety.

Since this is a non-stop service between KL and Ipoh, I recommend using the restroom beforehand. Due to delays caused by heavy rain, I had already gone through the boarding gate and couldn't use the restroom, which was a very close call.

I couldn't undertake the journey due to some personal reasons that came up about two days prior to the journey. To my dismay, i realised that the ticket has a cancellation window of 72 hours - this was disappointing - 24 hours would've been reasonable. Requesting Klook to review their cancellation policy.

As we were about to board the bus, the bus terminal attendant stopped us without even looking at our voucher, saying, "No, not that bus." Since we weren't familiar with the language, we assumed they were right, but it turned out we were correct all along. When we showed them the voucher again, they rudely told us, "That bus already left. You're late."
