The hotel was better than the park itself. The staff were professional, helpful & friendly. What surprised me was that the staff at the shuttle bus drop off area helped to carry my luggage from the bus itself. They kept the luggage in their storage space, gave me a QR slip & asked me to show it to the front desk during check in. They would then send the luggage to the room thereafter. Whilst in the park, I was notified of my room number. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the luggage was already in the room. Impressive.

We definitely recommend the Disney Explorer Lodge because the amenities and facilities provide everything needed. They offer activities for children and adults. They even have shuttle buses from different hotels and to the park itself. The park is conveniently located near the MTR. The Explorer Lodge also features a "stamping" activity where children can explore every part of the continents. The garden is amazing. We are definitely coming back. Ms. Nat, Ms. Hebe, and Ms. Clara also gave us good hospitality to remember! see you guys again!

I really had a nice time staying in this hotel, the staff were nice and there's shop nearby that you can dine and shop like 7/11 , cafe de Coral and more. the hotel price is reasonable and it's not hard to navigate going to places.

Worth the price as it comes with complete facilities such as gym, sauna, steam and swimming pool although I felt during my sleep that there were untested souls around the area as there was a recent murder-suicide case that happened last July 27, 2025.

Had a great stay at MK Stay in Hong Kong. The staff were super okay and very accommodating. Cleanliness is superb (they clean the room every day, which we really appreciated). The location is very convenient, close to many stores and the MTR station, with easy access to Bus A21 going to and from the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience! the lobby is pretty nice abd the rooms are spacious. Cleaning is constant as ling as you put the sign. Ac is amazing. bathroom is small with no bidet but gets the job done and clean as well. they have towels and soap, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste but they also have vendo machine for that. Good location in the middle of TST. Staff is accommodating and they lend ypu free adaptor. The view outside is fantastic and they have near bus stops and train stations. Great hotel will definitely come back.

First time trying this place after it's been open for 6 years, and it's still beautiful and well-maintained. After booking, I contacted the hotel about a birthday and some questions, and they responded really well and quickly. Turns out the rooms with two beds don't have a bathtub, only the 1 king bed rooms do. The hotel was very accommodating and helped me switch, and then upgraded me to a slightly larger king bed room at check-in. They provided a birthday cake, the hotel is beautiful, all rooms have an ocean view, the toiletries are high class, and it's very clean. Definitely has a vacation vibe! The pool is nice, with enough for kids aged 3-8 to play with, so you don't need to go to the water park next door. The buffet is more about the view and decor than the food itself, but it's nice that there's unlimited orange juice and apple juice. Go explore it yourself. Great for a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids).

So glad we stayed here. The free shuttle going to the hotel from the airport is very convenient! The hotel connects to the City Gate Outlet which we really like because we can just go roam,eat and shop anytime without hustling riding trains. They provide water,toiletries and hotel slippers. This hotel is also near in Ngong Ping and Disneyland. Very nice experience. Will definitely comeback here!
