Step away from the tourist trail and into a lush garden villa, just 15 minutes from Hanoi’s Old Quarter. In this 2-hour and a half hands-on class by Rose Kitchen, you’ll learn to make two of Vietnam’s most beloved dishes:
- Gỏi Cuốn – fresh spring rolls with herbs and dipping sauce
- Chả Cá Lã Vọng – Hanoi’s iconic turmeric fish with dill, cooked tableside
Led by a local Cultural Storyteller, this experience goes beyond recipes. Hear personal stories, local traditions, and the meaning behind each dish as you cook together. Dieser Kochkurs war eine großartige Erfahrung! Unser Lehrer, Trevor, war sehr geduldig und erklärte alle Schritte zur Zubereitung des Cha Ca sehr gründlich. Wir fühlten uns nie überfordert, obwohl wir dieses Gericht zum ersten Mal kochten. Ich würde diesen Kurs sehr empfehlen, wenn Sie an etwas anderem als den typischen vietnamesischen Gerichten interessiert sind.
