Aquest Wagyu A5 de barra lliure va ser increïble! Érem un nen de 12 anys, una nena de 16 anys, una sogra, un marit i una dona, i va ser la quantitat justa d'esplendor! Vam menjar una amanida, sopa, A5 i A4, abalone, gambes i vieires! Una mica difícil de trobar perquè és a Dotonbori, però si arribeu a la zona general, hi ha algú fora a peu de carrer que us indicarà com pujar. L'ambient i el servei van ser excel·lents! Una autèntica experiència que cal provar!

They bait you with a promise of wagyu if you write a Google review, but they don't actually give it to you, haha. I was satisfied anyway, so it was fine, but someone on Google reviews gave them 1 star, saying they promised wagyu but didn't deliver, haha. Even without the bait-and-switch, I was satisfied! There's a small, one-pyeong (about 35 sq ft) smoking room inside the restaurant!

Després d'un dia dur de feina, tot el que la gent vol és un àpat calent i abundant; ja que tenim la capacitat de saciar-nos, hem de gaudir-ne, menjar amb alegria i satisfacció. Això és natural. Si hi ha tantes preocupacions, no s'ajusta al camí. Viure sense seguir el camí és una vida de patiment.

Situat a la bulliciosa zona de Dotonbori, a Osaka, el restaurant "Wagyu Nabe" és un paradís per als amants de la carn. Aquesta vegada vam triar el menú de wagyu negre japonès PREMIUM amb tot inclòs i begudes no alcohòliques il·limitades, i l'experiència gastronòmica va ser molt refinada i satisfactòria. La qualitat del wagyu negre japonès era sorprenent, amb una bonica marbrejat de greix. Només calia submergir-lo uns segons a l'olla calenta per gaudir-ne. La textura era tendra i suau, amb l'aroma característic del greix del wagyu. La comanda per telèfon era molt còmoda i la varietat d'aliments era fresca i diversa.

The restaurant's name isn't 'Yi Xie Mao'; it's actually called Genpin. It took me two turns to confirm I was entering. There were very few customers and not many staff. The price on-site was cheaper, only JPY 12,500. The food was excellent, with crab prepared in various ways, including raw crab legs, fried crab, hot pot, and charcoal-grilled crab. The main way to eat it was hot pot, and the fried crab legs were the best. After the hot pot, the staff prepared egg drop rice right in front of us using the remaining broth. It was very unique.
