This time, we chose the PREMIUM Kuroge Wagyu all-you-can-eat plus soft drink free-flow package, and the overall dining experience was exquisite and satisfying. The quality of the Kuroge Wagyu was astonishing. The meat displayed beautiful marbling, and after just a few seconds in the shabu-shabu pot, it was ready to eat. The texture was tender, and it had that unique fatty aroma characteristic of Wagyu. Ordering via phone was very convenient, and the food selection was fresh and diverse.

The restaurant's name isn't 'Yi Xie Mao'; it's actually called Genpin. It took me two turns to confirm I was entering. There were very few customers and not many staff. The price on-site was cheaper, only JPY 12,500. The food was excellent, with crab prepared in various ways, including raw crab legs, fried crab, hot pot, and charcoal-grilled crab. The main way to eat it was hot pot, and the fried crab legs were the best. After the hot pot, the staff prepared egg drop rice right in front of us using the remaining broth. It was very unique.
