Overall, it was a good experience. We booked a lunch for about 1,000 yuan, with a total of 8 dishes, but the price-performance ratio was not high. There was no menu, and we didn't know what the difference was between other packages. We were the only table at noon, and it felt like the whole restaurant was only serving us. When the dishes were served, the characteristics of each dish were introduced. The taste of each dish before was OK, except for the rice at the end. I didn't take a photo because it didn't suit our taste.
Highly recommended to friends, private room, friendly owner, the chef carefully arranges every dish, and puts great effort into it. It was the first time I ate a whole fish, from beginning to end, and I enjoyed it very much. When I knew it took almost 36 hours to process, Extremely touched! Thank you for hospitality.
Located in a residential area, you have to find the road. The environment is quiet and quiet. I made a reservation for lunch. The chef will prepare the ingredients early in the morning and change the dishes according to different seasons. The waiters can communicate in a little Mandarin. It was summer, the food would be lighter and cooler, and the taste was really good👍
I kind of regret not choosing the top package, it’s so delicious! The chef actually spent 36 hours cooking the signature dish of sea bream. The fried sea bream can be eaten directly from the mouth to the tail without spitting out any bones in the process.
Everything has to be experienced, especially the dish where you can eat the whole fish. It is a really different experience, and the chef seems to be a member of the Osaka Cuisine Association, so it should not be bad.
Food was delicious and well executed. This fish dish is amazing. The staff are friendly and able to communicate in English.
Because of Halloween, the store specially designed small desserts, which are very thoughtful and create an unforgettable experience. The lady boss can speak English, Chinese and Japanese very well👍
The store is very nice. The Taiyaki is really nice. I even took a photo before leaving. The service is very good👍
The first Michelin-starred meal in Osaka - Yunhe was so delicious and exquisite that it deserves a separate circle of friends. The Japanese craftsmanship was fully reflected in the entire dining process. The chef prepared and plated each dish with great concentration, and finally a super cute and gentle lady in the store served it to us and introduced the ingredients, characteristics and eating methods of each dish one by one. The service was very considerate and thoughtful. My favorite this time was the small sea bream in Figure 8, which is also the signature of the store. The preparation time of the whole dish is as long as 36 hours. The chef needs to use ancestral skills to soften the bones of the whole sea bream, so this is a sea bream that can be eaten from beginning to end without spitting out bones. The lady proudly suggested that we eat as much as possible, and eat everything! This experience is really wonderful, I love it, and hope to have the opportunity to come again in the future
What a great experience! The materials are fresh and not eaten from time to time. The waiter can answer questions in simple English and explain the cooking method of each dish in detail.
