Use the QR code obtained from Klook to scan and collect your physical ticket at the Komtar building on the 6th floor at the red kiosks, located right opposite the Ticket Center. You will then receive a paper wristband. When entering various attractions, simply have the staff scan the QR code on your wristband.

The aquarium soo niceeeee and beautiful. there are feeding shows to the fishes and stingrays at 2pm, 2.20pm and 2.40pm. Really worth it.

After receiving the QR code from Klook, exit the mountain train and head toward The Habitat. This QR code can be scanned at the entrance for the forest walk. However, if anyone wants to watch the sunset at the 7:30 PM session, an additional fee of 18 Ringgit per person is required, and you will receive a yellow lanyard to wear. You can take photos for as long as you like. At the end, a guide will lead the walk back because it gets dark. Those interested in watching the sunset are recommended to bring a small flashlight.

Vam fer una gran excursió de mig dia a Balik Pulau! El nostre guia, CC, va ser super atent i molt coneixedor del patrimoni. Va començar presentant-nos el bedak sejuk (pols refrescant), una tradició de cura de la pell de Penang de segles d'antiguitat, una joia cultural única! Després vam gaudir d'uns deliciosos fideus plans fregits (Char Hor Fun) en un lloc local de Balik Pulau. Tot i que la fàbrica de Belacan estava tancada, CC es va prendre el temps d'explicar-nos tot el procés d'elaboració del belacan amb detall. També va compartir informació fascinant a la fàbrica de nou moscada, al Container Art Festival, i va culminar-ho tot amb un deliciós tast de durian. La seva explicació del disseny i la funcionalitat de la casa Malay Kampong va ser un autèntic punt culminant. Recomano molt a CC!

I visited Tropical Spice Garden, Entopia, and ESCAPE. All three facilities were large-scale and offered wonderful experiences. It was my first time using Klook, and even when I couldn't communicate well, showing the voucher made entry smooth at all locations. I think it's very convenient for purchasing tickets. Ease of redemption: Excellent

With klook u can get 3 hours instead of 2 hours if walk in. Both my kids enjoyed this place. The only thing is that to get here it's kind of jam during weekends and a bit hard to park.

Va ser una experiència realment increïble. El fet que totes les entrades estiguessin incloses va resultar molt còmode i sense cap mena d'estrès. L'Anson va ser extremadament servicial i educat, el recomano moltíssim a tothom.

It was convinient, guide was good and overall nice experience. It was really hot when we went and the convince of your own transport was helpful.Pengang hill was nice and with express train pass there was hardly any waiting time.

We were so engaged in all of the tech stands there that I forgot to take the photos )) This museum works best for older children (10+), in my opinion. Definitely worth a visit, especially if combined with other attractions in Komtar
