Use the QR code obtained from Klook to scan and collect your physical ticket at the Komtar building on the 6th floor at the red kiosks, located right opposite the Ticket Center. However, if anyone wants to watch the sunset at the 7:30 PM session, an additional fee of 18 Ringgit per person is required, and you will receive a yellow lanyard to wear. You can take photos for as long as you like. At the end, a guide will lead the walk back because it gets dark. Those interested in watching the sunset are recommended to bring a small flashlight.

I visited Tropical Spice Garden, Entopia, and ESCAPE. All three facilities were large-scale and offered wonderful experiences. It was my first time using Klook, and even when I couldn't communicate well, showing the voucher made entry smooth at all locations. I think it's very convenient for purchasing tickets. With klook u can get 3 hours instead of 2 hours if walk in. Both my kids enjoyed this place. The only thing is that to get here it's kind of jam during weekends and a bit hard to park.

It was convinient, guide was good and overall nice experience. It was really hot when we went and the convince of your own transport was helpful.Pengang hill was nice and with express train pass there was hardly any waiting time.

We were so engaged in all of the tech stands there that I forgot to take the photos )) This museum works best for older children (10+), in my opinion. Definitely worth a visit, especially if combined with other attractions in Komtar
