Use the QR code obtained from Klook to scan and collect your physical ticket at the Komtar building on the 6th floor at the red kiosks, located right opposite the Ticket Center. You will then receive a paper wristband. When entering various attractions, simply have the staff scan the QR code on your wristband.

The aquarium soo niceeeee and beautiful. there are feeding shows to the fishes and stingrays at 2pm, 2.20pm and 2.40pm. Really worth it.

After receiving the QR code from Klook, exit the mountain train and head toward The Habitat. This QR code can be scanned at the entrance for the forest walk. However, if anyone wants to watch the sunset at the 7:30 PM session, an additional fee of 18 Ringgit per person is required, and you will receive a yellow lanyard to wear. You can take photos for as long as you like. At the end, a guide will lead the walk back because it gets dark. Those interested in watching the sunset are recommended to bring a small flashlight.

Hadde en flott halvdagstur i Balik Pulau! Guiden vår, CC, var superoppmerksom og svært kunnskapsrik om kulturarv. Han startet med å introdusere oss for bedak sejuk (kjølende pudder), en århundregammel hudpleietradisjon fra Penang – en unik kulturell perle! Deretter nøt vi deilige stekte flate nudler (Char Hor Fun) på et lokalt sted i Balik Pulau. Selv om Belacan-fabrikken var stengt, tok CC seg likevel tid til å forklare hele belacan-produksjonsprosessen i detalj. Han delte også fascinerende innsikt på muskatnøttfabrikken, Container Art Festival, og avsluttet det hele med en deilig duriansmaking. Hans forklaring av designet og funksjonaliteten til Malay Kampong-huset var et virkelig høydepunkt. Anbefaler CC på det sterkeste!

With klook u can get 3 hours instead of 2 hours if walk in. Both my kids enjoyed this place. The only thing is that to get here it's kind of jam during weekends and a bit hard to park.

I visited Tropical Spice Garden, Entopia, and ESCAPE. All three facilities were large-scale and offered wonderful experiences. It was my first time using Klook, and even when I couldn't communicate well, showing the voucher made entry smooth at all locations. I think it's very convenient for purchasing tickets. Ease of redemption: Excellent

It was convinient, guide was good and overall nice experience. It was really hot when we went and the convince of your own transport was helpful.Pengang hill was nice and with express train pass there was hardly any waiting time.

We were so engaged in all of the tech stands there that I forgot to take the photos )) This museum works best for older children (10+), in my opinion. Definitely worth a visit, especially if combined with other attractions in Komtar
