Coses a fer a Penang Hill Railway

Va ploure molt des del matí, però vam poder entrar. A la instal·lació de les papallones, és millor portar un paraigua. A l'interior, hi ha moltes instal·lacions d'insectes cobertes, així que es pot gaudir sense preocupacions fins i tot si plou. Vam poder passar-hi tres hores tranquil·lament. També hi ha un restaurant, i la pasta i els plats malaisis eren molt bons. No hi havia begudes per a nens, així que crec que és millor portar sempre les vostres pròpies begudes. No hi havia màquines expenedores a l'interior. Els nens van gaudir molt veient i tocant animals dissecats i insectes vius. A mig camí, la pluja va parar i vam poder gaudir de les papallones al jardí de papallones. Si plou, les papallones estan descansant, així que es recomana visitar primer les instal·lacions interiors. La samarreta original d'Entopia era bonica i la vaig comprar com a record. Ens ho vam passar molt bé. Experiència: Meravellosa

Use the QR code obtained from Klook to scan and collect your physical ticket at the Komtar building on the 6th floor at the red kiosks, located right opposite the Ticket Center. Vam fer una gran excursió de mig dia a Balik Pulau! El nostre guia, CC, va ser super atent i molt coneixedor del patrimoni. Va començar presentant-nos el bedak sejuk (pols refrescant), una tradició de cura de la pell de Penang de segles d'antiguitat, una joia cultural única! Després vam gaudir d'uns deliciosos fideus plans fregits (Char Hor Fun) en un lloc local de Balik Pulau. Tot i que la fàbrica de Belacan estava tancada, CC es va prendre el temps d'explicar-nos tot el procés d'elaboració del belacan amb detall. També va compartir informació fascinant a la fàbrica de nou moscada, al Container Art Festival, i va culminar-ho tot amb un deliciós tast de durian. La seva explicació del disseny i la funcionalitat de la casa Malay Kampong va ser un autèntic punt culminant. Recomano molt a CC!

After receiving the QR code from Klook, exit the mountain train and head toward The Habitat. This QR code can be scanned at the entrance for the forest walk. However, if anyone wants to watch the sunset at the 7:30 PM session, an additional fee of 18 Ringgit per person is required, and you will receive a yellow lanyard to wear. You can take photos for as long as you like. At the end, a guide will lead the walk back because it gets dark. Those interested in watching the sunset are recommended to bring a small flashlight.

I was skeptical at first as Penang's history is not new to me but this production pleasantly surprised me. It was a sincere production with engaging performances. Really appreciate the thoughtful screen on the tables of premium seating as there are pillars blocking the stage view. Dinner was pleasant, taste was good but not wow. Overall an awesome experience which I will definitely recommend for tourist.

The aquarium soo niceeeee and beautiful. there are feeding shows to the fishes and stingrays at 2pm, 2.20pm and 2.40pm. Really worth it.

El recorregut és bastant desafiant, sobretot perquè avui venen molts turistes. En general, és bo de veure, tot i que estic una mica decebut amb certs llocs que encara no estan preparats per als visitants. Potser el mapa és confús, no ho sé.

A really good museum to visit. The exhibits depict important aspects of Penang's history and the interactive nature of the museum makes it enjoyable for children and adults. The war part was a bit scary but this reflects the seriousness of that part of history as experienced by people living in Penang during WWII. The staff were friendly and happy to help when needed. I recommend the Penang History Gallery to anyone interested in history.

We were so engaged in all of the tech stands there that I forgot to take the photos )) This museum works best for older children (10+), in my opinion. Definitely worth a visit, especially if combined with other attractions in Komtar
