Em va encantar la meva estada aquí com a client per primera vegada. Vaig celebrar el meu aniversari i el pastís de sorpresa de cortesia va fer l'ocasió encara més especial! L'habitació era espaiosa, bellament dissenyada i se sentia luxosa, especialment la banyera totalment funcional, el vàter modern i el bany ben cuidat. El personal va ser càlid i complaent durant tota la nostra estada, des de la recepció fins a l'equip del vestíbul. L'esmorzar bufet va ser un dels millors que he provat. La zona de menjador era espaiosa i la selecció de menjar era agradable. M'agradaria veure opcions addicionals com cansalada, pastes, kakanin local i xocolata calenta. També es podrien millorar alguns detalls menors. L'habitació era freda i còmoda, però algunes tovalloles semblaven gastades i la moqueta tenia taques visibles. Això no va afectar significativament la nostra estada, però abordar-ho milloraria encara més l'experiència. En general, va ser una estada d'aniversari meravellosa, i sens dubte tornarem per provar el gimnàs i la piscina. Gràcies per fer la meva celebració memorable! ✨🤍

The place is great. The staff are so approachable and kind. Amenities are maintained. This place is a great choice for a family staycation because they have a play room, pool for kids and adults and foods are perfect for any age.

I didn’t book Fersal Hotel before because there are cheaper options. But this time, since my son’s therapy is at UST at Gate 10, Fersal is more accessible so I checked the online reviews. Surprisingly, I read a lot of positive comments so I booked. I did not regret my decision at all. From their accommodating and frindlh staff, clean bedsheets and towels, superb customer service, I will surely book again. They made my life easier, when we booked again for the 2nd day, they did not let my son wait too long at the lobby. They also provided our needs like hot water and use their microwave without any additional fees

I love it there. Excellent service. The staff are so approachable. I got the relaxing bayview. The room is clean. Me and my friends will stay there again and will recommend Red Planet. Whats just missing is the free toiletries. 😅 hotel location: just a few steps from the US Embassy
