The room didn’t even have toilet paper. It’s took two hours and 6 phone calls. Then the water park was closed. Then none of the food options were open. And the staff could not give a hoot.

Well its family-friend but u have to request for extra pillow and blanket we booked for 5. no complimentary water u have to get that in a hallway with pitcher. shower heater is good and wifi is strong… thank u

The property as well as the rooms are poorly maintained. The included breakfast is terrible. They serve instant coffee.

The room was essentially clean. We stayed in the signature suite overlooking the Manila bay which was an amazing view every morning. Staff were friendly and responsive. We were not able to use the spa during our stay.

Loved the in room aquarium! Amazing view and so relaxing! Remember to close the blinds or the lights turn on at 6. Very clean and spacious rooms. Water pressure in waterfall shower was so nice! Will stay here again
