The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt luxurious, especially the fully functional bathtub, modern toilet seat, and well-maintained bathroom. The staff were warm and accommodating throughout our stay, from reception to the lobby team. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had. The dining area was spacious, and the food selection was enjoyable. I would love to see additional options such as bacon, pastries, local kakanin, and hot chocolate. A few minor details could also be improved. The room was cold and comfortable, but some towels looked worn, and the carpet had visible stains. These did not significantly affect our stay, but addressing them would elevate the experience further. Superb stay over the weekend! The hotel went above and beyond by granting our special request for my son’s birthday and even surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake. Such a thoughtful gesture made our celebration extra special. Truly appreciated and highly recommended!
