I liked the strong air-conditioner. I didn't like that there was no place for us to sit while waiting to get checked in. Customers were like competing for an empty seat. There's a coffee shop in the lobby and there are chairs there, but there was a big note stating that people should not be taking out the chairs off the coffee shop. Then where would the customers sit? If they cannot provide a basic need, what can they provide during your stay? Also, there was no extra roll of toilet paper. There was only 1 pillow for each bed. There was no Smart TV and the nonsmart TV was not working on our last day at the hotel. The swimming pool is just for kids: small and only 4ft deep.
