Definitely worth the price .Room is spacious and lobby visuals are even better than the Diamond Hotel. Staff are very kind helpful and prompt with your requests
The building is pelted with restaurants - Tim Horton etc. If you want Jollibee Mcdo or Subway or Mercury Drugs, you just walk for 5-7 minutes along very safe streets and you are there . SM City Manila is also just half a mile away. .. very walkable.
So you donot have to go to Manila Hotel or other 5-star hotels to get the same treatment.
If you have any doubt abt the hotel Get it off your mind because you will be fine

The hotel itself could rival 5-star hotels . Very beautiful ambiance when you go in and rooms are very spacious. It’s a walking distance to SM City LRT and several facilities
However the surrounding area is kinda iffy . Not dangerous by any means On the weekend when the traffic is very quiet , u get to see a few homeless people and dogs so be careful not stepping on human or animal waste
I didn’t see anything on my way to SM City … but be careful just in case No
Overall , it was quite a pleasant experience Thanks to the kind and warm and helpful staff members

The hotel is not brand new but the staff keeps it very clean and the staff is very hospitable and helpful! Location depends on the preferences but for the purpose of my trip this is what I was looking for- it was good for me. You have a walking distance from here to not SM and Robinson Mall and to the main city park Rizal Park. Downstairs of the hotel in the street, there are lots of places to eat. For gym lovers, the hotel has some basic equipment such as treadmill, chin up bar, dumbbells and other equipment. But they do not have a bar and bench press setting as it is shown on the picture. Save travels!

Manila Prince Hotel is simply excellent, and we couldn’t recommend it more for a comfortable, worry-free stay in Manila.

Hotel needs refurbishment is really all and you can find small demolition almost everywhere.
Breakfast is reach but every day the some and not for Europe visitors.
Overall value for money specially if you add location.
