Just one day before we went to Bintan, I decided to book a day tour. This highly recommended day tour had caught my attention while I was searching in KLOOK. The company was very responsive; they contacted me shortly after I had made the booking. They assigned our job to Mr Wayan, who was our private tour guide and driver. To our surprise, Mr Wayan can speak English very well (and singlish too!). When we saw there was a long queue at the custom immgration, we requested to start our tour from the ferry terminal instead of the hotel, Mr Wayan was flexible and fetch us as per our request. Our itinerary - Mangrove tour (pay at site), 500 Lohan Temple, Vhihara Pagoda, Kelong Seafood, Souvenir shop (Kueh Lapis), Sand Dune and Blue Lake, Body Massage (pay at site). Mr Wayan is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, trustworthy, reliable and honest. This tour and Mr Wayan is highly recommended! We enjoyed every bit of the tour! Thank you!

The driver was very friendly and had a great experience with him. Suggested alot of things to do and see while also seeing if we need anything. Overall it was a great experience with the driver, Mr Maradona.

We didn't know that the lunch was a sharing menu and we indicated that one pax was veg and the other was not. When we reached the restaurant, it was a huge communication game between the staff, guide, office and us as the office booked veg lunch for us two to share. The breakdown of the menu was not shared and the office and staff could not communicate properly what the issue was. We eventually found out that the kitchen prepared the veg sharing menu for two and the most they could do about the communication breakdown was to include a meat main course after a very long discussion. We were left sitting there hungry for a very long time. If it was stated in the itinerary during booking or if the lunch was not included, that would be a lot easier for groups with different dietary restrictions. Hope the team does something about this.

Vam aprofitar un dia de lloguer de cotxe amb conductor per anar-hi a la tarda i gaudir de dues hores de massatge, va ser totalment relaxant. I carefully compared various products on Klook and decided on this one. I chose it because of the positive reviews from other users and the more economical price compared to other options, and it was a very satisfying tour! Our family of four, including two elementary school-aged children, participated, and it seems like it will be a great memory and valuable experience for the kids. Traveling through the mangrove forest by boat in the dark of night, and seeing fireflies in person for the first time, something I'd only heard about until adulthood, made it an even more special time. I was grateful that the guide caught fireflies and placed them in the children's hands, and moved us to several locations, even late at night, so we could see as many fireflies as possible. Additionally, the explanation about the fireflies' life cycle and characteristics was very informative. As it was our first tour, I was a bit flustered and forgot to give the guide a tip as a token of my appreciation (it's not mandatory), which was my only regret. I highly recommend this firefly tour to anyone considering it!!
