I carefully compared various products on Klook and decided on this one. I chose it because of the positive reviews from other users and the more economical price compared to other options, and it was a very satisfying tour! Our family of four, including two elementary school-aged children, participated, and it seems like it will be a great memory and valuable experience for the kids. Traveling through the mangrove forest by boat in the dark of night, and seeing fireflies in person for the first time, something I'd only heard about until adulthood, made it an even more special time. I was grateful that the guide caught fireflies and placed them in the children's hands, and moved us to several locations, even late at night, so we could see as many fireflies as possible. Additionally, the explanation about the fireflies' life cycle and characteristics was very informative. As it was our first tour, I was a bit flustered and forgot to give the guide a tip as a token of my appreciation (it's not mandatory), which was my only regret. I highly recommend this firefly tour to anyone considering it!!

Wonderful Experience in Bintan private full-day tour! Our tour guide Mr Fendy was punctual, friendly and helpful throughout the day. Transport car was clean and the itinerary was perfectly paced. He customized the pacing so that we never felt rushed at any of the stops. He also took amazing photos for us and recommended fantastic spot for lunch & place for massage. The evening firefly mangrove cruise recommended by him was an amazing way to wrap up the day. Thank you Mr Fendy for making our first trip to Bintan so memorable. En massagestudio med mycket högt prisvärde, belägen i Bintans stadskärna. Vi använde en heldags hyrbil för att åka dit på eftermiddagen för en tvåtimmars massage, och det var helt underbart. Ägaren kontaktade oss proaktivt via WhatsApp för att bekräfta bokningstiden, och verkade vara en mycket trevlig person! Faciliteter: Ett rum för två personer, med god avskildhet. Miljö: Ganska rent.
