Ting å gjøre i Tanjung Pinang

Bare én dag før vi dro til Bintan, bestemte jeg meg for å bestille en dagstur. Denne sterkt anbefalte dagsturen hadde fanget min oppmerksomhet mens jeg søkte på KLOOK. Selskapet var veldig responsivt; de kontaktet meg kort tid etter at jeg hadde gjort bestillingen. De tildelte jobben vår til Mr. Wayan, som var vår private turguide og sjåfør. Til vår overraskelse snakker Mr. Wayan veldig godt engelsk (og singlish også!). Da vi så at det var en lang kø ved toll- og immigrasjonskontrollen, ba vi om å starte turen vår fra fergeterminalen i stedet for hotellet. Mr. Wayan var fleksibel og hentet oss som ønsket. Vår reiserute – Mangrovetur (betales på stedet), 500 Lohan-tempelet, Vhihara-pagoden, Kelong Seafood, suvenirbutikk (Kueh Lapis), Sanddyne og Blå innsjø, Kroppsmassasje (betales på stedet). Mr. Wayan er oppmerksom, vennlig, kunnskapsrik, ansvarlig, pålitelig og ærlig. Denne turen og Mr. Wayan anbefales på det sterkeste! Vi nøt hvert eneste øyeblikk av turen! Takk!

The driver was very friendly and had a great experience with him. Suggested alot of things to do and see while also seeing if we need anything. Overall it was a great experience with the driver, Mr Maradona.

I carefully compared various products on Klook and decided on this one. I chose it because of the positive reviews from other users and the more economical price compared to other options, and it was a very satisfying tour! Our family of four, including two elementary school-aged children, participated, and it seems like it will be a great memory and valuable experience for the kids. Traveling through the mangrove forest by boat in the dark of night, and seeing fireflies in person for the first time, something I'd only heard about until adulthood, made it an even more special time. I was grateful that the guide caught fireflies and placed them in the children's hands, and moved us to several locations, even late at night, so we could see as many fireflies as possible. Additionally, the explanation about the fireflies' life cycle and characteristics was very informative. As it was our first tour, I was a bit flustered and forgot to give the guide a tip as a token of my appreciation (it's not mandatory), which was my only regret. I highly recommend this firefly tour to anyone considering it!!

We didn't know that the lunch was a sharing menu and we indicated that one pax was veg and the other was not. When we reached the restaurant, it was a huge communication game between the staff, guide, office and us as the office booked veg lunch for us two to share. The breakdown of the menu was not shared and the office and staff could not communicate properly what the issue was. We eventually found out that the kitchen prepared the veg sharing menu for two and the most they could do about the communication breakdown was to include a meat main course after a very long discussion. We were left sitting there hungry for a very long time. If it was stated in the itinerary during booking or if the lunch was not included, that would be a lot easier for groups with different dietary restrictions. Hope the team does something about this.

En massasjebutikk med svært god valuta for pengene, i Bintan sentrum. Vi brukte en heldags privatbil for å dra dit på ettermiddagen og fikk to timer med massasje, noe som var utrolig behagelig. Eieren tok selv kontakt via WhatsApp for å bekrefte avtalen, og virket veldig hyggelig! Fasiliteter: Rom for to personer, god privatliv. Miljø: Ganske rent. Service: Behagelig, de sjekket hvordan du hadde det og spurte om du ville justere trykket.
