instructor:Vivian was knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke fluent English. She was an excellent teacher location: close to Dr Sun Yat Sen memorial & arts/culture activities nearby. it was a fun activity! we got to make soup dumplings, chicken soup noodles & bubble tea from scratch and got to eat it for lunch as well. Highly recommend this foodie activity for all ages. You receive a certificate of completion of the cooking class as well as the recipes and pics of your experience at the end.

We joined a cooking class in Taiwan today and it was such a great experience. We learned how to make xiaolongbao, bubble milktea and pork thick soup, everything was delicious!! the instructor was amazing, very hands-on, she makes sure we understood wvery step. 😊I felt little shy when the instructor talked to me because im not very confident with my english. But she was kind and patient, which made me feel comfortable. 😊Overall, it was fun! Highly recommended if you want to try authentic Taiwanese cooking 😊

今回の台湾旅行で一番楽しかった体験は、このお料理教室でした！1人で参加しましたが、先生方はとても優しく、一緒に参加した皆さんも楽しい方ばかりで、とても楽しかったです。レッスンでは、細切り押し豆腐の冷製和物、胡麻油の鶏にゅうめん、小籠包、タピオカミルクティーの4品を3時間で作りました。小籠包は包むのがちょっと難しかったのですが、とても丁寧に教えていただき、楽しみながら作ることができました。どれもとってもおいしかったので、家でも作ってみたいと思っています。先生方、楽しいレッスンをありがとうございました！また次の滞在時には、大根餅のレッスンに参加したいです。

We took Course A Cooking class - Xiao Long Bao, Mushroom Chicken Noodles in Sesame Oil, Cold Dried Shredded Shredded Sauce, Pearl Milk Tea. After the class you'll be given a certificate for finishing the course! I enjoyed the class very much. The teachers were so nice and the class was very easy to follow, the 3 hour class went by fast and it was so fun.

Class started on time. Materials were well prepared and class was structured well. Teacher Vivian and Cindy were kind enough to help us out when we struggled and always gave us tips on how to cook and do the techniques better. A must try if you're into xiao long baos. It didn't dissappoint

Amazing experience with the traditional course A! the venue is perfectly prepared to receive up to 10 people, they started started on time at 10 and finished exactly at 13h. every step was well paced and translated to English. they also take pics and videos of you and then send them at no over price. preparing xiao long Bao is very difficult haha but they were tasty and we had fun!

The cooking class was fantastic! Fun, hands-on, and easy to follow, with delicious dishes to enjoy at the end. A perfect blend of learning and laughter!

Everyone was so kind! My mom enjoyed her experience in this class. The teacher and the owner were so friendly! We even had a chance to taste what they have prepared and cooked in class.

A fun and enjoyable cooking class in Taiwan! We learned to make the following traditional Taiwaneese dishes: xiao long bao, pork thick soup, and bubble milk tea. All of the food was delicious and the insructors were extremely knowledgable and helpful.

The class was fun and enjoyable. The instructor spoke English and was very helpful. We made xiao lung bao, chicken broth noodles, tofu appetizers and boba milk tea. The classroom was clean and tidy. We had a lot of fun.
