Fantastic 5.0
We rented the mobility scooter for two weeks and had an excellent experience. We took it with us all around Singapore, and it made travelling and sightseeing so much easier and more comfortable. It was extremely helpful for someone requiring mobility assistance, especially considering how much walking is involved at Singapore’s attractions. We used it across different parts of the city and it was convenient, reliable and easy to manage throughout our trip. A special mention to the staff, who were extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. The entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free, and having the scooter for the duration of our stay gave us a lot more freedom to explore Singapore without worrying about long walking distances. I would highly recommend this service to elderly travellers or anyone with limited mobility visiting Singapore. It genuinely made a huge difference to our trip and allowed us to enjoy Singapore. Thank you for the wonderful service!

11/10! Absolutely ethereal !!!! A must do for nature lovers or anyone who doesn’t know about Singapore overlooked nature scene! The tour was a superbly authentic Singaporean hidden gem run by the sweetest couple who made me and my family of 2 boys feel like home. Catching the sunrise through the luscious countryside greenery has completely made us rethink how serene the nature of Singapore is! From monkeys crossing bridges to giant lizards swimming in waterway river, this tour exposed us to the very charming & underrated wildlife scene of Singapore! What topped it off was the warm and welcoming tour guides, who were genuinely real highlights of the trip. Through an unexpected rainstorm , they provided us with emergency ponchos, and bought us a hearty local breakfast and took many, many, many pictures for us to post and keep as a very unforgettable memory forever! If I could redo one tour in my life.. this would be it!! Thank you for Nicholas and Irene for the spectacular experience!!!

Read the 'how to use' instructions in the booking email. Prepare the booking voucher with the QR code through the email or app by Klook, to be scanned or shown to the coach bus driver. The bus arrived just in time and punctual so please remember to standby earlier, at least 15-20 minutes before. The waiting area for this WTS 9 bus was located near the front of the line that queued for Ikea bus. Traffic was clear so it took less than 20 minutes to Punggol and about half an hour to Woodlands Checkpoint. Do prompt the coach bus driver if you are heading to Taman Ungku Tun Aminah (TUTA) as your planned destination before reaching Johor Bahru Checkpoint CIQ, for headcount and re-board purposes. Best to speed through in 15 minutes if possible and use the automated E-gates at both checkpoints to avoid delays, only 20 minutes given. Clean and cozy bus. Attentive and focused staff. Good experience and safe journey.

Fantastic 5.0
The ferry from Singapore to Batam Island, Indonesia, takes only one hour. Upon arrival, it's very convenient to apply for an Indonesian visa on arrival. There's no assigned seating on the ferry, so you can choose any spot you like. The air conditioning is quite cool, and you can check in luggage 🧳. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Affordable price. Easy to find the redemption counter. They even give us the mosquito repellent band. Any questions you can check with the staff there and they are friendly to guide you. There’s also convenience store available at the ferry terminal for you to buy food and drinks.

What to know before visiting Singapore

Quick overview of Singapore and what draws visitors

Singapore’s top bookings on Klook are led by theme parks, zoos and aquariums, and parks and gardens, with events, shows and family-friendly playgrounds also popular. Demand has clear highs and lows through the year, so experiences and crowds vary noticeably by month.

When to visit: peak months, quieter times and prices

Klook booking data shows January as the busiest month and August as the quietest. Prices across the year fluctuate independently of demand at times: bookings peak in January but the priciest month for items tracked by Klook is July, while the cheapest month is typically February. If you want lower prices and smaller crowds, consider travelling in August or February; if you want peak-season atmosphere and the liveliest scene, January and November tend to feel busiest. Note that demand and prices don’t always move together here — the most crowded months aren’t always the most expensive.

Tips for travellers

Most experiences in Singapore can be booked very close to travel — Klook data shows travellers often book about a day ahead, though some people book earlier. For a spontaneous trip you can secure popular activities at short notice, but if you plan to visit during the busiest months mentioned above, it helps to lock in high-demand experiences earlier. Use Klook to compare options and reserve tickets when you know your plans to avoid disappointment.
