Wonderful pass for a complete experience at sentosa islands.... just remember to plan properly as last day pass entry may run out due to available slots or vouchers.

Some of our tickets were wasted because the attraction is close. Date selection must be seen first by the client so as to check beforehand if the attraction will be available, not after it was selected.

Can I cancel & refund my pass?

Yes.You can request to cancel & refund your booking at any time before you make your first reservation.

Once you've activated your Pass by making an activity reservation, you cannot cancel & refund your booking.

Can I reserve as many activities as I want to?

No, Klook Day Pass is subject to the number of reservable activities.

  • 2 Days Pass: Reserve up to any 11 standard activities and 1 premium activity included in this package during participation validity date
  • 3 Days Pass: Reserve up to any 17 standard activities and 1 premium activity included in this package during participation validity date

What is the validity of Klook Day Pass?

  • The voucher is valid for 30 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day
  • Please make sure to activate your pass by reserving at least one activity within 30 days from your booking confirmation
  • Once activated by reserving the 1st activity, you will have 2 days or 3 days to reserve and visit the remaining activities counting from the participation date of the 1st activity reserved

Is this Pass available for tourists?

Yes! This Pass is available for everyone.

Can I amend the dates of my activity reservations?

Yes, but you can only amend the reserved dates for activities with Free Cancellation Policy You can cancel the reservation in the Booking page and reserve again for the dates you would like to participate.

Please note that any such amendment requests will be subject to the discretion of Klook and the operator.

If my group has more than 1 person, will I need to purchase multiple Passes?

Yes. You will be able to select the number of participants in your group when purchasing your Pass.

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will be able to make a reservation on behalf of everyone in your group!

Can I give my tickets to someone else to use?

No. These tickets are non-transferrable. Please ensure that the booking details match the participants.

Can I participate the same activity more than once?

No. Each attraction can only be reserved once per pass.
