A decent and convenient option for crossing the border from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. The bus was comfortable enough, the process was fairly smooth, and the staff were helpful. Overall, it was a practical and affordable way to travel across the border.
Bus was on time, clean, comfy and had a lot of legroom. Has a stoppver in JB for 20mins to buy food and treats.
TBS is big area it's hard to find the departure of buses, we need to find the reception area just to get the ticket, worst is we need to pay for the printing of ticket buses 4 RM per ticket.

The bus was comfortable and the overall journey was good. The booking and boarding process were smooth, and the staff were helpful. However, the travel time was longer than expected due to traffic and border clearance. Still, it was a convenient and affordable way to travel from Singapore to Malaysia.
just make sure to ask for the QR code to fill in the details for immigration, the office has only two computers if you can’t go online, it can take a lot of time. my driver waited for me and was patient. also make sure to go into the mall office to get your boarding pass as the bus is in the opposite building in the parking.
Very smooth journey from KL to SG. Departure was right on time, seats were comfortable, and immigration was hassle-free.
Boarding at Grantral Mall was straightforward and well-organized. Smooth drive all the way to TBS with reasonable pricing.
