What to expect
Arakurayama Sengen Park is an excellent location for admiring panoramic views of Mount Fuji. By climbing the 397 steps near the main hall, you can capture the five-storied pagoda, Mount Fuji, and the townscape below in one frame. Additionally, the Nikawa Clock Shop offers a hidden spot where you can photograph a Japanese street scene with the magnificent Mount Fuji in the background, making it an ideal Instagram-worthy location.
At the foot of Mount Fuji, you can explore Oshino Hakkai, known as Japan's "Jiuzhaigou." These eight clear springs are actually filtered snowmelt from Mount Fuji that has flowed through the strata, and they are famous for their beautiful natural environment. The sparkling waters of these ponds are a perfect complement to the majestic Mount Fuji.
In the summer, the lavender in Oishi Park on the shores of Lake Kawaguchi blooms, covering the park like a purple carpet, creating a beautiful contrast with the magnificent scenery of Mount Fuji. When autumn arrives, the Kochia scoparia (Summer Cypress) in the park turns red, presenting a particularly adorable, fluffy scene.

The tour guide explained the itinerary very clearly. There was not much time to stay at each point. It was a bit difficult to avoid the crowds and take beautiful photos. I thought this itinerary was easy and didn't require much walking. In the end, I climbed a lot of stairs to climb the five-story pagoda to see the beautiful scenery. It is recommended to wear good walking shoes

The overall itinerary was quite good, and we visited several major scenic spots for taking pictures of Mount Fuji. However, we originally thought it was a small group of 4 people, but in fact there were 14 people in one car, making it feel like a medium-sized tour group. But the transportation is very convenient and saves a lot of time.
It just so happens that the several spots I want to see during the maple viewing include taking a ride by myself. One or two of the spots will waste a lot of traffic, but the disadvantage is that the stay time is short.
This tour is awesome if you just want to take instagramable photo and it fits all the purpose. But if you are after further explanation/walking tour then this may not fit the expectation. Tour guide was awesome, quality of transfer was good - suggest to get to the pick up point earlier to meet up with the tour guide.

The transportation arrangement was acceptable. The last stop was short and a bit rushed. The weather was clear that day and we could clearly see Mount Fuji. It felt good.
Save yourself travel time, and you can visit multiple scenic spots to appreciate Mount Fuji in one day. It is highly recommended to participate👍🏻
