Alishan is located in the east of Taiwan's Chiayi County. Simply book a transfer to take you to and from Chiayi High Speed Rail Station to Alishan for a hassle-free travel. Depending on how many people reserved for a ride that day, you'd be riding different vehicles (sedan, van, or bus). A trip to Alishan will take you to see the real beauty of nature. After a trip through the lush mountainside, take a rest at Fenqihu, a quaint village stop on the Alishan Forest Railway. As the day comes to a close, take yourself to the tea plantations for a taste of pleasant oolong and green teas that will be a perfect compliment to a beautiful sunset.

- Children aged 3+ will be charged an adult ticket
- Please be informed that children aged 0-4 or weigh under 18kg cannot ride in a car without a child safety seat
- A child safety seat can be booked with NTD200 at the check out page
- Vehicles to be used will depend on the number of reservations on that day (sedan, van, or a bus)
- Each passenger may bring a 24 inch luggage and a personal hand bag. An extra charge of NTD100 for additional luggage will be collected on the spot
- Please be at the pick up location 10 minutes before the specified pick up time. The driver will only wait for you for 5 minutes. Failure to arrive on time will be considered as no-show and no refund will be issued for this case
- Please allow up to 15 minutes of leeway on pick up time for unforeeable traffic conditions
- The travel time may vary depending on traffic conditions
- It is recommended to wear light and comfortable clothes. The average temperature on the mountain is relatively low, so please prepare warm clothes for the tour

Definitely time and cost saving especially if you’re not traveling in a big group of friends/family. Taking public transport will be a big hassle due to very limited bus/train schedule from Alisan. The shared trip was very fun but we did not get to enjoy the hilltop view at ErYanPing as it was a short stopover there.
Recommend!! Make you trip easy and convenient. The driver can speak fluent English and can be your guide as well

The driver's brother is very good, but unfortunately it rained that day, and many scenic spots could not be visited. If I go again next time, I will choose it again.
1. Wu driver is very stable and comfortable to drive, because the elders are also appreciated, the 9-seat is very good and the ride is smooth, the attitude is kind and patient. 2. There are 3 attractions in the middle, no way to the destination, to the driver Driving fatigue and passenger interest increase 3. If it is older, Fenqihu is recommended to increase for half an hour, while the second Yanping trail can be reduced by half an hour, the elder does not climb the trail
Great way to travel from Alishan to Chiayi. The drop off at Chaiyi HSR station is convenient. The driver is on time and nice. He knows we don't speak Chinese. So he use the translation app. He always points where to go. The van we get is huge but there are only 7 seats. Quite comfortable. Highly recommend. The only thing that we wish is to skip Eryanping because the time is too short for hiking. Add more time at Fenqihu or The bridge is better. I wish we have an hour because I can go up to the upper bridge. Along the way you get to see some tea plantation too. Don't forget to get the lunch box at Fenqihu. It is delicious.

Driver was on time to pick us up and the weather that day was superb! I slept the whole way through because the driver drove so steady and safely! There was a ten minutes break during our way up Alishan and I was able to capture some beautiful sceneries nearby!
