I made 5 food reservations under this voucher, and 2 of the stalls claimed that they are unaware of this Klook partnership, hence I was not able to redeem the food items. This is disappointing as it is non-refundable as this prevented me from utilising my food voucher fully. The food stalls in question were #128 and #27. I hope Klook will look into this, otherwise people purchasing this voucher will end up being a waste of money. Thank you.
hard to locate the stores as they are all over the place and no clear instructions or signage on how to identify the stores. the available food option for saver package doesn't seem to worth the value for price as too little choice, just normal taste, not available as stores not open.

I found it very convenient the first time I used it, and a lot of people use it. This way I can avoid the collection and payment of money. I hope it can be promoted more!
It’s very convenient to use, you don’t have to pay any extra fees, and the store is not too picky. However, there are fewer store options. I hope to develop new stores!
The food was great. There were a lot of varities. The locals were very helpful in choosing the orders. I hope to see more of Taipei in the next travel. Stay hydrated and dress accordingly. Keep it up!
