2D1N Kamikouchi & Shirakawa-go Trip from Nagoya

This review is for Taiwanese people! When I booked, it clearly stated "Chinese tour guide," but when we arrived, it was just a driver who could speak Chinese, and not a single tour guide was in sight! There was no guided tour at all! To put it bluntly, this was simply transportation and one night at a hotel. If you're okay with just that, or if you want to easily solve your transportation problems, then you can come. But! If you're expecting a dedicated person to introduce and guide you, then you really shouldn't come! The main point is that the driver was really bad; he took us to the wrong hotel to check in!? I was completely confused at that moment!?

The tour guide is really trilingual, taking care of everyone with introductions in different languages, and is very patient in answering all questions.

The driver was very good, professional and attentive, making our journey safe and comfortable.

The driver and liaison staff, Yanzi, were friendly, courteous, responsible and competent, which made the trip a plus!

The tour guide provided us with useful information and suggested that we can walk from the Shirakawago Observation Deck to the village without turning back. We also provide clear advice on the Kamikochi itinerary. If I have the opportunity, I will consider participating in a similar two-day and one-night itinerary.
