- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- If the booking is cancelled within 11 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 20% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee
- If the booking is cancelled within 8 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 30% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee
- If the booking is cancelled within 2 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 40% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee
- If the booking is cancelled within 1 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 50% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee
