Mr Lou is an excellent tour guide, excellent driver and an excellent friend. During our Trip to My Fuji and Izu, he gives a great briefing on the places listed in the program. This made our trip so much more enjoyable. He is very skillful in his driving throughout the journey. Especially when we are travelling through the mountainous part. Even though we have been together only for 2 days, it seems like we have known each other for years. He has a great personality. What a great friend!

First of all, I like our guide, but she doesn't speak English. They put me in Chinese speaking group with Chinese speaking guide. Secondary we always in a rush so think it twice before booking. I really like the every place of we attended, however I'd rather see 2-3 places and taking my time. Also I really like our hotel and onsen. Our guide tried her best to make everything comfortable. But agency lets down both of us.

The meeting point is very clearly marked and easy to find! We happened to meet the small group tour guide and driver who spoke Chinese!
