Restaurant Environment: Excellent, with beautiful scenery, comfortable seating, and tables spaced well apart. The seating arrangement is very comfortable, not cramped at all. Service: Excellent. All staff members were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Price: This Klook offer was an exceptional value, providing great bang for your buck. Experience: Superb! It felt like a vacation at an overseas resort, different from typical city hotels. Although the location is a bit out of the way, it's very convenient if you're driving. The buffet hours are 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM, but only 3 hours of free parking are provided. After that, it's $80 per hour. It would be even better if 4 hours of free parking were offered. Food Taste: The food selection was very rich, ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent, especially the desserts 👍🏻. Overall Conclusion: A superb buffet experience. Today, we celebrated the upcoming New Year with a lunch buffet at the Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel. The lobby decorations were full of Christmas and New Year atmosphere; the photo spot piled up with many small Christmas trees was quite attractive for taking photos. The outdoor garden is full of natural features, with green lawns, unique fountains, comfortable seats, plus blue sky and white clouds, like a perfect oil painting. Restaurant environment: The seats are spacious, and the outdoor view overlooks the southern waters of Hong Kong, which enhances appetite; Chinese and Western delicacies and desserts are divided into different areas for easy selection. Service: The waiters were very attentive and took the initiative to take pictures for us. Food taste: All kinds of Chinese and Western delicacies look attractive and taste delicious, which is a great enjoyment. Experience: This lunch gave us wonderful memories, and we hope to come again next time.

Buying the buffet lunch deal on Klook is a real steal! Taking the free shuttle bus from Ocean Park Station to the hotel is so convenient. The hotel's dining environment is spacious, and there's a wide selection of food. The snow crab legs are fresh, sweet, and delicious, and the snow pear and pork shank soup is fragrant, light, and not too oily, piping hot and very tasty! The salmon sashimi is fresh, but one piece of salmon had small bones, which deducted a few points. In the dessert area, besides the cakes, the biggest surprise was the Hong Kong-style sweet sesame soup, which was just the right sweetness, smooth, rich, and a real plus! There are also nostalgic jelly candies, three in each bowl, perfect for people who want to try more things, but the jelly candies are not chewy enough and the taste is too sweet, perhaps not enough gelatin was used. Overall, it's really great value for money!

For sashimi, there's salmon, tuna, mackerel, and sweet shrimp. Cooked dishes feature Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Indian curries, as well as hot noodles. The desserts are the best, with many different cake options. There are 7-8 flavors of Mövenpick ice cream, and refrigerated cakes like cheesecake, chocolate cake, and mousse cake are available for individual selection. Overall, it's almost like a buy-one-get-one-free price, making it highly worthwhile. When the weather is good, the outdoor scenery is also exceptionally beautiful.

The happiest is the child 🎉 Eating buffet before Christmas, many desserts to choose from... My daughter must eat Movenpick ice cream every time she comes, but today's desserts have Christmas decorations, so my eldest daughter chose a Christmas tree 🎄 cupcake, dessert cups, etc., and took photos by the way! I've been to this hotel for the buffet before, but this time the buffet desserts 🧁🍰🍩🍨🍮 had a lot of different Christmas decorations, which made the whole Christmas atmosphere great! 👍🏻The last few times I came, I didn't have a chance to try the hotel's famous mille-feuille cake, but today the dessert shop had classic mille-feuille cake available. The cake wasn't too sweet, it was soft, and the taste and texture were excellent 😋. Especially my in-laws, the elderly, praised this dessert as being very well-made, and they each ate three pieces 🤭. They even said it was much better than the last time at a high-end hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui 🥰. This arrangement made the whole family very satisfied 😚.

We took the shuttle bus from Ocean Park Station to the hotel, which was about a 10-minute ride. The restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and spacious seating, perfect for conversation. The restrooms were very clean. When I called to inquire, I was told that the only seafood available that evening would be king crab, shrimp, and clams. However, when we arrived, there were also lobster claws and mussels, making a total of five types of chilled seafood – it was fantastic! Everything was delicious, especially the king crab, which wasn't salty and had firm, plump meat; it was incredibly tasty. The pan-fried prawns and pan-fried abalone were also excellent. The salad greens were very fresh, and the beef shoulder was perfectly cooked – pink but with no blood, tender and flavorful. Several Southeast Asian dishes were also good, and the durian dessert was quite unique. Two coffee machines offered a variety of coffee options, and there were several specialty cold drinks as well. The waitstaff were very quick to clear plates and were happy to take photos for guests, and they took some beautiful shots. All six of us felt that this was a great experience. At 405 yuan per person, it was excellent value for money. I've dined here three times now – once when it first opened, once after the pandemic, and this most recent visit – and I've been satisfied every time.

There was a wide variety of sashimi, and the cold king crab was incredibly fresh and sweet. The drink selection was also good, though it would be even better if there was a self-service soda machine. For my family's birthday, they arranged a birthday cake, and the staff were very thoughtful. They proactively offered to take photos and, after taking them, asked how the pictures turned out. They even waited while I reviewed the photos, offering to retake them if they weren't good. Enjoying a buffet dinner so close to the sea was a wonderful experience.
