• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• No refunds or changes will be given to latecomers and no-shows, and to those who were denied service for refusing to follow the rules and regulations of the operator
• The activity will be cancelled if the number of participants do not meet the minimum number. A full refund will be issued
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 8 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
