Four Season Poon Choi | Special Abalone Poon Choi | Order 2 days in advance (a $100 tunnel fee applies for Hong Kong district)

This year I tried ordering the Poon Choi (a traditional Cantonese dish) recommended by Klook from the Four Seasons restaurant. I found the staff there to be very considerate, calling twice to remind me of the delivery date. The food was also delivered early, around 4 PM. There were many layers of food, including chicken, roast duck, shrimp, fish maw, abalone, flavorful pork skin, radish, and fish balls, etc. We couldn't finish it in two meals. The value for money is very high. I think I would patronize them again next time.

Food taste: Not the strong flavor type, which I personally prefer. Price: High cost performance. Service: On-time delivery. The store called a day in advance to reconfirm, and the driver also called in advance to notify.

Ordered the special gold-plated fish maw and abalone "Seasonal Poon Choi", and a staff member called to follow up quickly the day after ordering. They also called in advance to remind me before the delivery. The Poon Choi tasted good and was very generous with ingredients. There was a good amount of fish maw, abalone, shrimp, and abalone slices. One thing I hope can be improved is that the description says "free shipping (except for remote areas)", but I was only told the day after payment that Chai Wan requires an additional $100 shipping fee. If it is listed as a remote area, it should be displayed at the time of payment.

Next time for sure! The sauce is delicious and not overly salty. The elderly at home also found it tasty and were very happy. Moreover, they call in advance to confirm, and the delivery is timely. I hope your company continues to maintain its standards, and there will definitely be a next time.

Overall not bad, the taste is also good, but unfortunately the fish maw is not soft enough. The price is cost-effective, and I will consider ordering again next year.

The delivery was on time, and a dedicated person followed up from ordering to delivery, which was very thoughtful. My family was very satisfied with the taste of the Poon Choi, especially the golden oysters, which were the most outstanding. It would be even better if an extra bottle of replenishing broth could be included.
