Instructor Lemon came to fetch us from hotel to ski area. Ski gear were all provided except socks and face mask. He is patience and explain in details to us about the basics. Also help us take photos and videos. Overall a great and memorable experience although I keep falling 😆

everything was good! the instructor taught me well. (i have experience already) He helped me to recall all the lesson and develp my skills more. Thanks to Jason! Just one thing, They should have messaged me a day before, it’s better in the morning time. they sent it already too late at night.

Took the 6 hour course with Peggy our instructor. She was very patient and caring for us! Managed to ski down the Moiwa slopes without falling down by the end of the day. Highly recommend!

We booked a 3 hour ski lesson in Grand Hirafu through Klook with Max as our instructor and it was a great experience! He explained the basics and safety of skiing clearly and patiently, making it easy for us to learn and feel confident. He even found time to take us up the gondola to the top of Grand Hirafu, which was a highlight with all the fresh snow and amazing views. Highly recommended! ‘Til next time!

I always use local coaches when I go skiing in Japan. This time I accidentally saw the recommendation here, so I gave it a try. I also used a local ski school coach for a group of 3 in the mornings of the first two days. Today is our third day here, trying out a Chinese-speaking coach. We didn’t have high expectations at first, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise in the end. Marco was very young, but he was able to improve our skills in a short period of time. In addition, in order to allow us to make good use of our time for learning and reduce our physical energy consumption, he would actively assist us in handling every step of the boarding process. He is very polite and uses different teaching methods to make it easy for us to understand and practice. Through his guidance and instruction, we were able to stabilize each of our movements and better control the layout, making the entire journey more progressive. I also thought that through his encouragement and guidance, I had the opportunity to completely handle it by myself today and reach the red line, and even the black line. My encouragement lets us know how to continue learning in new directions and have fun skiing. Highly recommended. Their customer service contact was also very interesting and conscientious.

Meeting Point was informed. Everthing was nicely arranged. Being taught and guided by Marco. Not just learning the basic whole day which is boring to me more importantly bringing me up the slope (pizza box) and take some good pictures. Moreover explaining the snowboarding etiquette along the way. Great and Fun Learning!

Because there aren't many coaches from Hong Kong, I made a special request for the handsome Hong Kong coach, Max, for my second day of lessons. His skills are really amazing! He taught me very carefully and patiently. I was very scared, but he kept encouraging me, which greatly increased my confidence! After assessing my level, I successfully unlocked the route from Hirafu to Hanazono and back~ I also asked him to take more pictures for me, and he proactively helped me take pictures and videos! He was super patient and didn't mind the trouble of accompanying me to photo spots, and the photos and videos he took were beautiful~ I highly recommend finding Coach Max, he is also fluent in Cantonese and English~

We had an amazing experience with our ski instructor, Marco! He was incredibly punctual and made sure to guide us every step of the way, ensuring we felt both comfortable and challenged. Thanks to his expertise, I gained so much more confidence on the slopes. At one point, I accidentally dropped my ski pole, and Marco didn’t hesitate—he went all the way down the mountain to retrieve it for me. I’m so grateful for his thoughtfulness and dedication to making our adventure unforgettable. Highly recommend Marco for anyone looking to improve their skiing skills and have a great time!

Had a fun half day snowboarding lesson conducted at Grand Hirafu with instructor Marco this morning! The view was great too! Marco was very friendly, patient & professional throughout & I was able to learn basic techniques. I am a beginner with no prior snowboarding experience. Would highly recommend this lesson as well as a big shout out to instructor Marco for his professionalism! ☺️👍🏻

Just finished an amazing 3-hour private snowboarding lesson in Annupuri with Max! Compared to my past snowboard lessons, he was incredibly patient, detailed and encouraging. He broke every steps clearly so I made real progress — nailed S-turns and toe-side falling leaf, and felt way more confident by the end. He even took great videos of me riding, which is perfect for reviewing my posture later. I'd definitely request him to be the instructor again in the future and highly recommend Max for anyone looking to level up their snowboarding skills!!!
