My booking via Klook was not automatically confirmed. I booked one day before my scheduled departure from Sydney but the company did not call me. I had to call SSS (their partner) directly. SSS was accommodating and the driver was very approachable.
Since the operator is connexon, our order system is assigned to various drivers, just like Uber. However, the order dispatch and computer system are slow during long holidays. It is best to call the hotel half a day in advance to catch up! I booked a car, but the driver couldn’t find a hotel! In the end, the driver didn't receive the order at all. Fortunately, we made it to the plane.

It is not recommended to use the shuttle service from the airport to the CBD for this service provider. 1. Arriving at the airport in Sydney, you must call to be picked up because it is a Shadow service provider that provides a car to provide service. 2. You have to wait a long time for the car, almost 1 minute. Watch to pick up and drop off a school in the CBD. 3. Contact to pick up from a school in the CBD. Unable to contact in any way. ***In the end, you have to waste money. For return ticket payment ***
The meeting point was also a shuttle bus stop, so it was difficult to know which shuttle I had booked.
