We had a fantastic day with our tour guide, Justine. We ended up being the only 7 in the group for the day so they came and picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel in Sydney CBD. The itinerary for the day was great, we saw the main Sydney attractions and the day was very smooth - we took our time at each destination and didn't feel rushed. Justine was lovely, when she realised we predominately spoke Cantonese instead of Mandarin, she spoke Cantonese as much as possible which was very thoughtful. Justine would also proactively come and take full group photos of us once she realised we were almost finished taking our personal/individual photos. Highly recommend this tour!
The whole tour is so nice, tour guide is nice and well prepared. That’s a rainy day and didn’t ruin the trip, the tour guide has picked every good drop off point. Recommend to join this tour, small group and take care of you well.
We do like this day tour very much. Thank you for the Tour Guide, Jackie who provided an outstanding guidance professionally. He explained to us the sceneric and historical of every spots. We went for about 10 spots started from 8.30a.m. to 5.15p.m. From Mrs. Macquaries Point, Hyde Park NSW, St. Mary's Cathedral NSW, Rose Bay, Bondi Beach, Bondi Iceberg Pool, Fish Market, University of Sydney, Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. You will no regret on this day tour. It is a value of Money's trip.
This time, 5 people took a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and spent the whole day. The tour guide was a Chinese brother who had been in Australia for 20 years. He came here for school. If you want to visit the highlights of a city quickly without wasting time, signing up for a one-day tour is very time-saving. There are also people explaining. It was a very good trip without any pitfalls.
I went out to play alone. The tour guide was very careful and would help me take pictures. I didn’t even think to take pictures of some scenic spots. A lot of harvest, so much fun🥳
Today, I participated in a one-day tour of Sydney. The driver and tour guide Ray Gao came to the hotel to pick up and drop off in a special car. The explanations of the sightseeing spots in the city are clear and clear. The quality of the pick-up and drop-off service is excellent, let us leave good memories
Super convenient itinerary, you don’t need to find a pick-up location and don’t waste time, you can visit more than half of the attractions in one day
The Taiwanese minibus that picked up and dropped off this event was a new resident of Australia who immigrated from Taiwan. Personally, I felt that the overall arrangement of the event was a bit messy. The bus went east and then west, and it didn't feel like a smooth tour.
The itinerary for a one-day city tour is average, and the price-performance ratio is acceptable.
I had specifically booked a Chinatown accommodation so it is easy to access the meeting point for my elderly parents. Tour wasn’t confirmed till 3 days earlier and operator insisted on us changing the dates to our moving day from North Sydney giving the reason that we needed 4 ppl & we only had 3 for our booking. I told Operator it is inconvenient and we would be late. We also had nowhere to put our heavy luggages. Operator told us that it was okay to leave luggages in the minivan and insisted on us travelling on the moving date. I asked her how many people would be together on the changed date and she stated it would be 5 ppl in total, just our small family & another couple. Came moving day, our Uber took a very long time to arrive despite us waking up at 6am and booking the ride at 7.30am. As a result, we were late and driver raised his voice over the phone to me. Driver/ tour guide did not bother to explain the itinerary or even history behind the different spots, only dropping us at the different locations. We only covered 5 spots. With this price, and being forced to change dates, you’re much better off using Uber from point to point. Less hassle, less stress and more value for money.
