Reviews
Restaurant ambiance: The view from the 103rd floor is beautiful. Remember to request a window seat when booking, as the view itself adds a lot! Service: The servers mostly speak English. Even if you speak to them in Chinese, they will reply in English. Nice and sweet service adds points. Food & Flavor: The variety of food isn't extensive, but the quality of the food is good, especially the char siu and the chocolate cake. 😂 I ate many pieces. The Chinese soup, Japanese sashimi, and seafood are all fresh, and the taste is normal. Experience: If you want to chill out and have a buffet on the weekend, you can give it a try!
We extend our sincere gratitude to all the colleagues at Cafe 103 who provided us with the buffet lunch service. From the moment of booking until the meal concluded, we felt the enthusiasm, care, understanding, and assistance of this professional team, which brought us immense joy and pleasant memories during our two-hour gathering. We would like to give special thanks to Ms. Carmen, who assisted with the dining service. She is not only an excellent communicator, kind, and helpful, but she also proactively offered to take photos for us and consistently kept our table tidy, making the overall atmosphere of the gathering perfect. We also express our highest appreciation to the colleagues who kept in touch with us via WhatsApp regarding our dining needs; without their help, this wonderful experience would certainly not have been possible. Furthermore, we must commend the colleagues who provided concierge service at the reception desk; their gentle and courteous demeanor truly exemplified the spirit of hospitality. Finally, a round of applause for Cafe 103's outstanding head chef and his team!
Since it was close to Christmas, the afternoon tea was also changed to a Christmas style. The afternoon tea snacks were very delicate, and the savory snacks were very surprising. One of the caramel-flavored desserts tasted very good, and it wasn't too sweet, so it's worth trying. Food taste: The savory snacks were more outstanding, especially the foie gras tart and white truffle tart were very delicious. Several of the desserts were also very delicious, and the presentation was beautiful and perfect for taking pictures. Price: Moderate, acceptable for a five-star hotel. Service: The staff was very attentive and had a friendly smile, and they also took the initiative to take pictures for you. Restaurant environment: One bad thing is that not every table in the buffet area on the 103rd floor has a panoramic view.
This year, my wife, parents-in-law, and I went to the Ritz Carlton 103 Cafe for the lunch buffet to celebrate Christmas and New Year. The hotel staff proactively guided us to the 103rd floor by elevator. The lobby staff was also happy to help us take photos with the Christmas house backdrop. The cafe tables were filled with various cold dishes, including king crab legs, shrimp, snails, and sushi; hot dishes included char siu, roast duck, lamb, seafood fried rice, etc. What I appreciated most was the delicious pumpkin soup and steamed turbot with cordyceps flower. The cafe staff also gave us a strawberry cake and took photos for us, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, we are very grateful for today's hospitality and look forward to visiting again next time.
Got a seat right by the window, which was amazing and made me super happy. The service was great, very nice, and they cleared plates quickly. Food-wise, the cold lobster was average, not much flavor, but the lobster claws were pretty good. All-you-can-eat oysters, but they weren't freshly shucked and not very plump, but better than nothing, I guess. The crab legs were not bad either. Didn't try the other shrimp, mussels, or clams. I was very satisfied with the sashimi, there was salmon, scallops, ark shell, surf clam, and shrimp, all really good, had seconds. The theme that night was Southeast Asian cuisine, with Tom Yum soup, shrimp cakes, etc. For dessert, there was nothing made-to-order, all pre-made cake slices, lots of choices, tasted okay. Haagen Dazs had several flavors. In conclusion, the food wasn't the best I've had at a buffet, but the experience of eating buffet all night with such a beautiful view was really top-notch!
We were so lucky to get the buy-2-get-2-free deal for the Ritz Carlton Cafe 103 buffet lunch! The thoughtful service, delicious food, and stunning views made my family and friends very happy! What we'll remember most is how friendly and enthusiastic every employee we encountered was. Olivia Andy, a trainee from Indonesia, hosted us in the dining area and showed incredible patience and consideration when introducing the food to my friend. She even offered to bring my indecisive friend an extra tea to try. Even when we met Sister Kun, an employee who has worked there for over 30 years, in the restroom, she was warm, welcoming, and enthusiastically shared how happy she has been working at the Ritz Carlton for so many years. The atmosphere and experience were fantastic! The food was exquisite and delicious, and refills were frequent. We were just so engrossed in the food and conversation that we only remembered to take pictures before we left.
server Regina was wonderful and friendly. a great variety of food items was served and most of them are tasty. not to mentioned the skyline n awesome view looking over the harbour. should not missed indeed, when there was super discount.
This time, it was my daughter's birthday and our anniversary, so I wanted to find a special place with a view of Victoria Harbour. The staff were very polite and helpful, arranging parking and even preparing a celebratory cake for us. When confirming the reservation, I requested a window seat and they were able to accommodate it, which made me very happy. Most of the food options were decent, including seafood like oysters, king crab legs, chilled shrimp, and sashimi. However, surprisingly, the desserts and hot dishes were even better. The biggest selling points are definitely the view and the atmosphere, making it highly recommended for celebrating birthdays and anniversaries.
Cafe103, the highest restaurant in Hong Kong, offers a commanding view. The restaurant arranged a spacious window seat for us, and the brilliant night view was delightful. While the food selection isn't extensive, the oysters and sashimi were fresh and delicious, and the desserts were exquisite. The service was attentive and meticulous. We celebrated Mother's Day, and it was a very pleasant evening. With the Klook buy-two-get-two-free offer, it was economical and worthwhile. We'd definitely come again.
There were lots of oysters, king crab leg, lobster and crab claws. The sashimi is super fresh and the cut out s super thick. This buffet is more worth it if you are a seafood person. As for meat, we have braised beef , lamb shank, beef Wellington, Beijing Duck roll, Turkey. My children love the chocolate fondue tower. The view is amazing.
