It was a wonderful experience making own soba. The guide was nice and patient in explaining how to do it. The session was short about 20-30 mins. Mix the flour, knead, roll then cut to strands. You don’t get to cook it though. Fun thing to do in Kawaguchiko in the evening. The udon there looks delicious too but was closed for the day when we were there. Would come back for other food.

Absolutely loved this sob making workshop. The instructor was funny and patient. The best thing is we get to cook it and eat our own creations, so best to go around lunch time. It's also near to Kawaguchiko station. Great activity, highly recommend!
