Sea food: Coffin Bay Oyster 🦪, cooked whelk 🐚n prawn 🦐 , Sashimi: Tsubugai, squid , surf clam n assorted sushi 🍣 salad 🥗: Thai papaya Grilled beef salad, Mango 🥭n Shrimp 🦐 Quinoa salad, Mixed berry salad, Roasted Asparagus & Walnut salad, Green salad, Caesar salad Others: Roasted US Prime Rib of Beef, Tandoor Salmon, Spanish Paella 🥘, Masala curried prawn 🦐 , Roti 🫓, Balone n Chicken 🐓 casserole, Sichuan style Red Grouper Fillet Soup 🥣: Clam Chowder, Cassho Melon & Carrot 🥕 with pork ribs. Dessert: Assorted cake 🧁🍮. Ice-cream 🍨: House made Black sesame Tofu Gelato, Chocolate, Mixed berry. I mostly like the Oyster 🦪,beef 🥩, steamed egg white with milk and Gum Tragacanth , Mango 🥭 n Shrimp 🦐 Salad😋. Nice Buffet😋😋😋

The staff's service attitude and food quality were superb, and plates were cleared promptly. Although the buffet is no longer available and it's now a semi-buffet, the hot main courses were still delicious and generously portioned, and the desserts were also tasty. The self-serve cold seafood included shrimp, mussels, and conch. There was a wide variety of salads, and the coconut lean pork soup was delightfully sweet and refreshing. The sushi section featured many beautifully presented dishes. For those who enjoy savory flavors, I recommend trying the tuna tartare and the salmon (I can't recall the exact preparation). They even added a lot of free salt, which is great for headaches. Drinks included sodas and a coffee machine, as well as sparkling and still mineral water. It wasn't overly crowded, and guests were polite and didn't rush for food. Even when we mentioned our celebration purpose on the spot, the staff happily arranged a small cake platter for us, which was incredibly thoughtful. We will definitely return; it's genuinely high quality.

19 Feb 2026 (The third day of Chinese New Year 🧧). Chinese New Year: sticky rice cake, turnip 🫜 cake, water chestnut cake, roasted suckling pig 🤤😋etc. Sashimi: Hamachi, cuttlefish, hokkigai😋🤤. Japanese: beef tataki, salmon mousse, spicy caramel sweet potato Steak 🥩: Australian prime beef ribeye, rosemary crumbed rack of lamb. Salad 🥗: vegetarian appetizer 🫑🍆, assorted salad 🥗, cold cut Dessert 🍮: assorted cakes 🧁, ice-cream 🍨 Special event: Prosperity Toss ( Lo Hei). Thank you for giving us the unforgettable Chinese New Year Dinner Buffet. Highly recommended 👍😋🤤

I've been here many times, but I noticed that this time the set lunch options seemed fewer than before, and many required an additional charge, so it felt like the value for money was lower. However, the food at the other buffet stations was just as good as always. It's still delicious, and I particularly like the wide selection of desserts. Some of these, like mango sago pomelo and serradura pudding, might not be available at other hotel buffets, and the quality of the cheesecakes is also quite high.

Today for Father's Day semi-buffet lunch, each customer received complimentary lobster bisque and abalone, which were delicious. The salad and sushi selection was limited and the taste was average. For the main course, I chose Australian mussels with garlic bread and pan-fried snapper, which tasted good. There weren't many dessert options, but they were decent.

The environment is pleasant, and the food selection is diverse, especially the desserts. The crème brûlée is a must-try. However, I feel the hotel should increase its promotional efforts, as it was only half full even on Sunday

For the main, US steak has to add 80, no wagyu or salmon this time. The portion is very small. Quite disappointed. There was a very small cup of complimentary lobster soup. For all you can eat part, no fresh oysters provided. There will be better choices with this price range.
