Half-Day River Tubing Experience from Cairns

It was a fun and relaxing activity for all ages. Most of the river was quite calm at the time; I wasn't sure if it was because of the winter or if it is calm all the time.

At first, it was raining and I felt cold, so I thought, "I don't have any motivation," but once I got in the river, I completely forgot about that feeling. Being in nature, my mind seemed to be mysteriously liberated, and I gradually became more positive. The staff were also really trying hard to make us happy, and I was moved by their attitude. They supported us with smiles and talked to us in a friendly manner, which made me feel very at ease. Thanks to them, my initial anxiety gradually faded away, and before I knew it, I was enjoying myself wholeheartedly. Although the weather was unfortunate that day, we still had a special time. If it had been sunny, the scenery would have been even more beautiful and the experience would have been even more wonderful. Next time, I would definitely like to enjoy this experience again under a blue sky. It was a very fulfilling time, experiencing the power of nature and the warmth of the staff.

Fun day out. Worth reading the reviews first so you know exactly what you’re getting. Pretty chilled out so don’t be expecting anything crazy. Few small rapids in the middle but nothing dramatic. Overall quite enjoyable. 5 star review because it’s exactly as I expected but if I hadn’t read reviews first it might be slightly less

it was quite chilled. not so thrilled. it would be great to prepare your own camera. they took photos and post on Facebook’s page too, but the quality is not so great.

river tubing was supposed to be a fun activity for family and kids. but it encompasses a certain degree of danger that one have to accept as the tubes movement are primarily controlled by the current and rapids. unfortunately me and my husband both had bruises and cuts due to the bumping onto the tree branches and trunks.

Pick up was on time. All equipment and gears are provided for. It will be good to wear water shoes on this trip. Since there is no changing facilities or toilets available, wear a swimsuit, bring a towel to wipe down and slip On clothings.

Nice leisurely Saturday morning activity, exactly what I’m after a week long of work conference. Garth and Josh are both friendly and easy going guides.

Great experience.. Our guide Chris is very humourous and we enjoyed floating down the stream. Paddle using your own arms.

It was very helpful that there was a shuttle to the front of the hotel! There is no space to change clothes, so it is better to wear a swimsuit. Also, there is no space to change clothes after the activity, so it is difficult for women to change clothes. I went to the hotel with a towel that I could put on over my swimsuit lol Please bring sandals with heels.

We were picked up late and dropped off late, so one has to be flexible when booking with this company. The river had many slow spots, I thought the rapids would have been faster. Overall, it was fun and the tour guides had great personalities.
