I really loved our tour guide. She was very sweet and accommodating. however the tour wasn’t what I expected and I didn’t quite see the value in it. I had to be responsible for my own subway fair, entrance fees and it was a walking tour. for that I could have done the tour myself.
This was an excellent tour in Osaka. It was a shore excursion since I arrived at Osaka port. The guide was on time and we got to return on time. Kalid was an excellent guide. He was very attentive and helpful. We felt very safe all the time. Took us lots of photos. He was very kind. I recommend this tour, the tour company and the guide Kalid. I give them 5 stars. I was very disappointed with the company City Unscripted, not the Guide and the itinersry. They tried to charge me for 3 more people on the tour I booked, saying that I had only paid for one person and not for four.
