Booking guidelines

  • Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
  • A deposit of MYR350 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
  • You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service
  • There is a minimum 3 day charge. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price for the extra days when you return the device

Return Procedure:

  • Return the device to your selected drop off point
  • Device data usage is unlimited and a Fair Usage Policy is applicable
  • For Non-Malaysian passport holders, you will be refunded the full MYR350 deposit within 7 working days should everything be in order

Additional information

  • Please note that the pick up and drop off days are inclusive in the booking period, any extra days will be charged at the original retail price of MYR15 per day
  • The 4G speed will be reduced to 3G after you pass the 3GB usage, and will return to a 4G speed at 00:00, the next day

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data usage limited at the discretion of the telecommunications company they are subscribed to
  • Please refrain from watching videos for a long time, or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time

Wonderful expensive using the Nankai Line for our first trip to osaka Japan. It will definitely not be our last. The staff didn't give the passengers any trouble and were very wel oriented. I highly recommend tourist to use the Nankai and JR services if it's your first time in Osaka.

Great pocket wifi with incredible speed.Got it before departure to Japan.Able to be shared between multiple users.I kept it in my begpack and bring it wherever.During this trip,we managed to cover Osaka and Kyoto.Both locations seem to have very good connectivity.Even in the trains-super smooth connection.Glad that we are able to purchase the super speedy pocket wifi.Hopefully Covid pandemic will be vanish soo so that we can travel like those days.

I had a fair share of purchasing a Wifi device back in old trips and the connection, it is un-describable. Imagine the connection keep getting disconnected. But I have decided to try for Wiyo Wifi Device and it is definitely up to my expectation. I recommend to get Wiyo for Wifi rental if you are travelling in a group of more than 2 otherwise SIM card would be much more cost-efficient.

Roaming Man 4G Wifi device gave us an uninterrupted internet connection throughout our travel in Kansai area - Osaka, Kyoto, Uji, Shiga, Arashiyama, Nara, and Kobe. In terms of battery performance, it lasted longer than we expected. The redemption and returning procedures are very customer-friendly. I'll consider using it again in my next trip.
