- No refunds or changes will be given to latecomers and no-shows, and to those who were denied service for refusing to follow the rules and regulations of the operator
- Each participant is only allowed to bring one piece of luggage
- According to Japanese law, the maximum working time for drivers is 10 hours. To ensure the safety of the drivers and the stability of the journey, the itinerary may be adjusted based on the actual situation, including reducing the time spent at tourist attractions or canceling certain sights. Therefore, refunds will not be provided.
- All images and descriptions are for reference only; actual conditions may vary. Information on flower and leaf viewing is subject to weather and other factors, and may not meet expectations. Thank you for your understanding.
- During the travel and free activity periods, please be sure to pay attention to your personal and property safety. In case of any accidents or losses, the responsibility will be borne by the guests.
- When registering, please be sure to clearly note the number of children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat, as well as the quantity of luggage. If this results in insufficient space in the vehicle, boarding will be denied, and no refunds will be issued.
- The operator will arrange different vehicle types based on the number of participants, and specific vehicle types cannot be requested. If the number of participants is low, the driver will also serve as the accompanying staff, providing important information and highlights of the tour, but will not offer off-board guiding services.
- Guests participating in free activities or optional paid activities are responsible for arranging and allocating their own activity times. If the timing of these activities affects the progress of subsequent itineraries, guests will bear any related responsibilities.
- If the traveler is over 70 years old or pregnant, at least one adult companion is required to accompany them. To ensure safety and complete the relevant protection process, they need to sign a waiver of liability agreement. Please make a note in the "Special Needs" column when booking. After receiving the order, we will email the waiver of liability agreement document. Kindly sign it in advance, take a photo, and return it to complete the registration process.
- Please note: As this is a group tour, there may be guests who speak other languages traveling with you. Thank you for your understanding.
- This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. For your safety, the staff has the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and communicate with you to make other arrangements. The specific situation will be subject to the actual situation on the day.
- During the group itinerary, you are not allowed to leave the group in advance or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to have been abandoned by you, and no fees will be refunded. Any accidents that may occur after the tourists leave the group or leave the group are required. You bear the responsibility yourself, please understand!
- Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, red leaves, special flowering periods, lighting, fireworks, snow scenery, hot spring season, festivals, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather or other force majeure factors, and the specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to the official notice. If we do not receive a clear official notice to cancel the event, we will arrange it according to the original plan. If the flowering period or special event cannot meet expectations, no refund will be made. Please be aware.
- The return time is for reference only and may be adjusted earlier or later depending on the smoothness of the day's itinerary or traffic conditions.
- Participants are advised to purchase suitable travel insurance.
- The activities in the itinerary are designed based on overall demand, and participants should follow the guidance of the staff. All activities carry risks, and participants should consult a doctor or professional before participating, considering their age, health condition, and environmental factors at the time. Participants assume all responsibilities arising from their participation in the activities.
- The services of this tour are provided and executed by the operator [Toeki Group Japan Co.,Ltd]. [Package Tours HK Ltd.] serves solely as a booking agent. In the event of any issues arising during the trip (including accidents, personal injuries, etc.), all handling and responsibilities will ultimately be borne by the operator. The agent assumes no joint legal or compensation liability.
- If the minimum number of participants (4) is not met, the tour will be cancelled. In this case, you will be informed 7 days before the tour date and a full refund will be issued.
- The operator will use the Wechat or email that you provide when booking to inform about the meet-up time. You will receive the information 1 day before the activity date, at about 18:00-22:00.

- You'll get confirmation 72 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- Partial refund rules: If unforeseen events or extreme weather occur before departure, the event organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip. If this happens, you can choose to reschedule or get a full refund. (Except during the trip)
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
- If the booking is cancelled within 9 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 100% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee
