• [Group Tour Notice] Minimum group size: 6 people. If the number of participants does not reach the specified minimum group size, the tour itinerary will be canceled, and an email notification regarding the cancellation will be sent 3 days prior to the departure date.
• [Firework Display Time] 19:00 to 19:40 (duration 40 minutes). The event will be held as scheduled in light rain. In addition, if the fireworks cannot be launched due to severe weather or other reasons, the launch will be postponed to October 11.
• [Important Reminder for the Fireworks Venue] Upon arrival, guests need to choose their own viewing spots in the free viewing area and reserve their places (bringing a foldable seat cushion is recommended) while waiting for the fireworks display. These are not paid reserved seats or designated front-row seats. The fireworks festival will be extremely crowded, so please be sure to keep your valuables and other belongings safe.
• [Infant Free Policy] Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Each adult is limited to carrying 1 infant without a separate seat. If traveling with an infant aged 0-2 (free of charge), please note this when placing your order. In the event of failure to notify in advance and insufficient seating, the driver has the right to refuse service, and any resulting losses must be borne by yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Vehicle & Tour Leader Arrangement Instructions] Vehicle usage: Different vehicles are arranged based on the actual number of travelers; vehicle models cannot be specified, your understanding is appreciated. For small-group tours, a driver-cum-onboard-staff member will be arranged to provide full-journey travel services without an additional tour leader. The driver-cum-tour leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management; upon arrival at attractions, please enjoy self-guided visits. For groups of 14 or more people, a separate tour guide will be arranged. Due to limited luggage storage space, each person is allowed to carry one standard-sized piece of luggage for free. If you wish to bring a large suitcase on board, please notify us in the remarks section.
• [Pre-trip Notification Email Reminder] On the evening before departure from 19:00 to 22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-trip notification email containing the tour leader's contact information, driver's information, meeting point map, and relevant precautions. Please be sure to check it in time and also check your spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed, and your understanding is appreciated. If you receive multiple emails, the content of the most recently sent one shall prevail.
• [Assembly Time] Please be sure to arrive at the designated location to check in 10 minutes before the assembly time. To ensure the rights and interests of all passengers, we will not wait for latecomers and no refunds will be issued. Please gather on time to avoid affecting the itinerary schedule. If you are late due to personal reasons on the day and fail to participate, you cannot join the tour midway and no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Accident Insurance] This itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health or capability. The company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury/property damage or harm caused by accidents or unforeseeable factors, and your understanding is appreciated.
• [Force Majeure] In the event of poor weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel this tour will be made 1 day prior to departure (18:00 local time), and notifications will be sent via email at any time thereafter.
• [Notice on Itinerary Duration] In accordance with Japanese labor laws, the maximum daily working hours for drivers is 10 hours. To ensure driving safety, depending on traffic conditions, weather, and crowd conditions on the day, arrival and stay times may be delayed or shortened. Your understanding is appreciated.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
