• Service start and end time: 08:00-20:00, total duration is 10 hours. Customize your itinerary within 10 hours and 300 kilometers. For itineraries starting or ending in a different location, the return travel time needs to be deducted from the service time, and customer service will reconfirm with you.

• Child seat: One child seat can be provided free of charge upon request; a charge of 2000 JPY per seat will apply from the second seat onwards. A child seat occupies 1.5 seating positions.
• Driver: Join the service group one day in advance. The primary language is Chinese/Japanese, but English communication is possible using translation software. The driver is mainly responsible for itinerary and time management. Upon arrival at attractions, the driver will not accompany guests into the scenic area; please enjoy your visit freely.
• Duration of use: 10 hours. The driver will wait for 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pick-up time. If the guest is late, the late time will be directly deducted from the total chartered hours, with no additional time compensated. If the driver waits at the pick-up location (e.g., hotel/B&B) for more than 30 minutes and cannot contact the guest, the driver will leave the scene and charge the full amount, with no refund. If the itinerary cannot be completed within the reserved service time due to lateness, you may choose to continue the itinerary and pay an overtime fee, or choose to shorten the play time to fit within the service time.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
