During peak season or holidays, traffic congestion may occur, and the tour guide will adjust the itinerary sequence according to the actual situation.
• 【In-car Regulations】To maintain a clean environment inside the vehicle, please do not eat or drink in the car. If any damage or mess is caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards.
• 【Explanation for Leaving the Group】If you leave the group on your own after the itinerary begins, it will be considered an automatic waiver of subsequent services, and related fees will not be refunded. During this period, the traveler will be solely responsible for their personal and property safety.

Attraction information

• 【Hot Spring Experience Instructions】 Arima Onsen related expenses need to be paid by the traveler on-site. Whether to bathe or not should be arranged according to personal needs. When bathing, please comply with the regulations of the local hot spring facilities. If any discomfort or loss is caused by personal reasons, the traveler shall bear the relevant responsibility.
• 【Arima Onsen Experience Description】 Arima Onsen is a free-choice experience. The bathing fees must be paid by the traveler on-site. The recommended day-trip onsen is "Taiko-no-Yu." In case of a closed day or temporary adjustment, other local day-trip onsen (such as Kinsen, Ginsen, etc.) will be arranged based on the situation of the day. The opening status and fees of onsen facilities may be adjusted due to factors such as seasons and holidays. Please refer to the actual situation on-site.
• 【Tosen Shrine Tour Information】 Tosen Shrine is a historic shrine in the Arima area, where visitors can freely explore and experience the local hot spring culture and historical atmosphere. During your visit, please observe the shrine's regulations, maintain a clean environment, and ensure your personal safety.
• [Shopping and Dining Instructions] Shopping and dining during the itinerary are optional activities, and the costs must be borne by the traveler. If personal arrangements lead to an inability to gather on time or affect subsequent itinerary, the relevant responsibility must be borne by the traveler.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Seniors aged 70+ should present a medical certificate before participating
