When skiing and playing in the snow, please abide by the rules of the ski resort, pay attention to safety, and properly store personal belongings. Injuries, equipment damage, or loss of property due to personal reasons shall be borne by the traveler.
• 【About Mount Rokko Garden Terrace】 Mount Rokko Garden Terrace is a free-to-visit attraction. Due to its high altitude, winter temperatures are low and winds are strong, so please dress warmly. When enjoying the view, please do not climb over fences or enter dangerous areas, and please be mindful of your safety when taking photos.
• 【About Rokko Shidare Observatory】 Please note that the admission fee for Rokko Shidare is at your own expense. Some areas of the observatory are open-air designs, and the ground may become slippery due to rain or snow in winter. Please pay attention to your footing and follow the instructions of on-site staff.
• 【About Arima Onsen】 If you wish to visit Arima Onsen, please inform your guide in advance on the day so that transportation can be arranged. Hot spring fees are at your own expense. The operating hours and closed days of each hot spring facility may be subject to temporary changes, so please refer to on-site announcements. Some hot spring facilities may restrict entry for tattooed guests; it is recommended to confirm relevant regulations in advance.
• 【Regarding Hot Spring Bathing Instructions】 Before entering the hot spring, please observe the regulations of each facility. Those who have consumed alcohol, are feeling unwell, or suffer from special medical conditions should bathe with caution. Please take good care of your personal valuables in the hot spring town and bathing areas. If any property is lost, injury occurs, or other losses are incurred due to personal reasons, the traveler shall bear the responsibility themselves.
• The snow play package includes: admission ticket + snow basin + snow shoes, suitable for beginners and parent-child experiences, focusing on snow play, and does not include skiing activities.
• Skiing Twin-Tip Package Includes: park admission ticket + cable car + twin-tip ski equipment + ski suit set. Suitable for twin-tip ski experience seekers (beginners/advanced are welcome).
• Snowboard package includes: park admission + cable car + snowboard equipment + ski suit. Suitable for snowboarders (Snowboard).

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
