The guide was friendly and contacted me the day before. He spoke mandarin. The drive to the snow park was 1hr there. we enjoyed our time very much and the ski rental set Inc jacket, pants, gloves, helmet, skis/ snowboard. we had to return to the car at 4pm. there's a cafe there with a varied menu and the prices are reasonable.
The meeting point hosts multiple tour groups, so you need to look around to find the right one. The location is convenient to get to, and it's efficient without transfers. The tour guide is also enthusiastic and helpful. However, some tour members were late for the return meeting time, causing delays. But the kids had fun, so it was worth it. The snow is artificial and hard, and there wasn't much snow (artificial snow) when we came.
If you're not driving, getting from Osaka to Rokko Snow Park is quite difficult, requiring multiple transfers between different modes of transportation. This day trip makes it easy to arrive in just over an hour, which is very convenient!

Mia was an excellent guide for our Mount Rokko trip. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and well organised. She helped with buying tickets, provided timely status updates throughout the journey, and managed the schedule smoothly, making the trip comfortable and stress-free.
tour guide was good and explained the details with us patiently. The free and easy duration was between 6-7 hrs but we were allowed to return to bus if needed to rest. The snow park was small but fun for those with young children. Rental of gears were relatively affordable and easy.
The guide was funny. The place is perfect for kids. would highly recommend this package if you just want a quick getaway with the kids for the day and experience a bit of snow.
After booking on Klook, remember to double-check your email before departure. The email will contain details about the meeting point and the travel agency to look for! The tour leader was great 👍
The tour guide helped with buying tickets and giving a brief introduction to the ski resort environment. The trip went smoothly that day, except for traffic on the way back, which made the drive a little longer 🤣. There were many tour groups at the meeting point, so I suggest including the flag design used by the tour guide in the pre-trip notice. The tour guide was holding a number which I saw for the first time, and I would never have guessed it was for the ski transfer.
Good to know
- This itinerary is a winter-only special, operating only from December 10, 2025, to February 28, 2026.
- If the number of participants does not meet the minimum required for the tour, a cancellation or rescheduling email notification will be sent 1-2 days before departure. The minimum number of participants is 6.
- In case of unfavorable weather conditions such as strong winds or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made by 18:00 on the day before departure, and participants will be notified via email.
- This activity is not recommended for visitors with the following conditions or those who should not be overstimulated: asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women.
- Skiing is a dangerous sport and is not suitable for infants, pregnant women, or the elderly.
- Skiing is a strenuous and potentially dangerous sport. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accident insurance in your home country before departure.
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, no waiting will be provided for late arrivals.
- In the event of a collision with other visitors during skiing, only on-site translation and communication assistance will be provided. Medical or compensation expenses must be borne by the individual.
- For safety reasons, it is forbidden to walk up the ski slopes with handheld equipment. If you do not have ski equipment, you are prohibited from entering the ski area and are limited to resting in the dining area.
- For changes to reservations (content, departure date, number of people, etc.) within 72 hours of departure, a handling fee of JPY5000 per person will be charged. Please ensure the correct number of people and departure date before booking.
- Ski equipment must be reserved in advance. It is not possible to change the plan content or request a refund on-site.
- Please provide instant messaging contact information for confirmation notifications before departure.
- According to ski resort regulations, for safety reasons, you may not be allowed to ride the chairlift or use the ski slopes if you are not wearing ski clothing. Please be aware of this.
- Lunch is not included in the itinerary. It is recommended to bring your own lunch or arrange it at the ski resort.
