- Lunch is not included in the tour price. Please have lunch before joining the tour.
- A short rest stop of approximately 15 minutes will be made at a service area/rest area on the way, where guests may purchase food if desired.
- Dinner bento boxes will be distributed at the fireworks venue.
- The fireworks festival will generally proceed in rainy weather; however, it may be postponed or canceled due to severe weather conditions.If the festival cancellation or postponement is decided by the day before departure, the tour will also be canceled and the tour fee will be fully refunded.
- If the fireworks festival is canceled or postponed after the tour has already departed, guests will be taken to alternative sightseeing locations. In this case, the equivalent cost of the fireworks viewing seat will be refunded, but transportation and other tour expenses will not be refunded.
- If the fireworks festival is canceled after the show has already started, no refunds will be provided.
- The cancellation decision may be made on the morning of departure day. Guests will be contacted as soon as confirmation is received. Please note that transportation expenses to the meeting point cannot be reimbursed if guests are already en route.
- The fireworks event may also be canceled or modified due to requests from national or local government authorities.
- Due to traffic conditions, the bus may need to wait before entering or departing the venue area.
- Fireworks viewing seats cannot be selected in advance. Seat assignments will be provided by the tour conductor on the day of the tour.
- Bringing personal tables or chairs into the fireworks venue is prohibited. Please do not place belongings in walkways or obstruct passage areas.
- Camera tripods are permitted only if the total height, including the camera, does not exceed 120 cm.
- Viewing seats are shared round-table seats with up to 6 guests per table.
- Umbrellas are not permitted in the viewing seating area. Please prepare rain gear such as raincoats, waterproof shoes, appropriate clothing, and towels.
- There will be approximately a 20-minute walk from the parking area to the fireworks venue. Please wear comfortable walking shoes such as sneakers.
- As the tour departs after the fireworks show ends, arrival back in Shinjuku is expected late at night.In the event of traffic delays causing missed public transportation connections, any taxi fares or accommodation costs will be the responsibility of each guest.
- This tour is a Japanese tour. Tour guide speaks Japanese only.
- The tour will depart at the scheduled time based on the staff’s judgment. Please be punctual and strictly observe the meeting time.
- Participant of this tour will ride with Japan local visitors.
- The stated schedule and contents are subject to change depending on road and traffic conditions.
- Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized or small-sized bus may be used.
- The bus is not equipped with a restroom.
- Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Seat reclining is generally not permitted (except on certain courses).
- No refunds will be provided if special benefits or inclusions are not used.
- If you require special arrangements, please notify us at the time of booking. (Additional charges may apply.) We will accommodate requests within reasonable limits and may ask you to submit written details regarding your condition.
- Lost items will be kept for two weeks after the tour ends. Perishable food items or goods that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately.
- Participation with pets is not permitted.
- Bus seats will be assigned by our company.
- In case of emergency, you may be asked to share a seat with the tour conductor. Thank you for your understanding.
- For reservations made via the internet, all tour information will be sent by email. No documents will be mailed.
- Due to the enforcement of Japan’s “Work Style Reform Act” on April 1, 2019, limits have been placed on tour conductor working hours. Meal times during the tour will also serve as the tour conductor’s break time. Additionally, the tour conductor may stay at a different accommodation from guests. During free time, guests are generally responsible for their own activities.
- Lost items will be kept for up to two weeks after the end of the tour. However, perishable food items or goods that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
- Requests for seating, hotel smoking/non-smoking preferences, or allergy accommodations may not always be fulfilled. In some cases, we may have to decline such requests in advance after explanation.
